It was such a busy day in the Shamrock that I didn't get to post anything earlier. Was chatting to so many people, especially all the visitors all the way from Florida. They all seemed to have a fabulous holiday in Ireland.
This was a great opportunity and I'm so grateful to James O'Donnell Photography for having me invited to this.
At last, I'm thanking everyone for having bought something from me. You take home a Fragment of the Past, a little Treasure of the Shore.

Pop-up Market this Sunday!
We announced Malcolm McDowell Woods - Writer as our special guest, so now I would like to announce the artists who will be joining the Iggy HQ Crew at the pop-up market next Sunday (7th Sept) in the The Shamrock!
Kristina - Trashure Hunter and Sealgaire Taisce.
Hannah - Folklor Candles.
Sammie Jo - Seagull Island Design Studio.
Brenda - Brenda Hewitt Handweaver
Sean - Seanfitzgeraldart.
&
Iggy & Frida - James O'Donnell Photography.
It will run from 4 - 7pm and coincide with the very popular Sunday Session at the "Sham".
Before all that (same day), myself and the girls will be joining a 38-strong tour group from the US. We will lunch at Teac Jack Glassagh and enjoy a scenic drive around the Gweedore and Cloughaneely coastline, stopping at Donegal Copper craft and then onto the "Sham".
It's an exciting line-up, so don't miss out!

Tomorrow, Sunday the 7th of September will be my last public market till the Christmas fairs begin. I will be at The Shamrock from 4 to 7pm for the Pop-Up craftmarket, alongside a number of incredibly talented local artists.

So if you are about, have a look. There's a trad session on as well. It's going to be fun!

I had an absolutely fabulous summer season at the Rathmullan Makers Market.
It is always such a pleasure to attend. The organisers and other artists are such wonderful people and I'm just so lucky to be part of this brilliant community initiative.

I have now submitted a number of pendants that will be on show at the CV Arts Gallery in Derry for the cross--community exhibition in September. All will be available for sale there.

First 'rough cut' from my finds this week. Next steps will be further polishing and thorough drying out.

I have a busy weekend ahead. On Saturday, I will be joining the fabulous Rathmullan Makers Market again, that will close up the summer season.

If you can't make it to that one, you can catch up with me on Sunday, at The Shamrock in Falcarragh for the Pop-Up Craftmarket that the wonderful James O'Donnell Photography invited me to. It starts at 4pm. I'm really looking forward to this event!

I also found this the other day, a fancy salt shaker.

Got the coins cleaned up a bit and we have a 1922 George V Sixpence, a 1942 George VI Halfpenny and a mystery coin but it has the same size like the Halfpenny but is a bit thinner, so maybe a Victoria Halfpenny but I cannot say for sure.
We also have a 2014 Spanish 5 Cent coin which isn't in much better condition then the 1922 Sixpence!🤣

The sun quickly gave way to more rain and guess who still doesn't own oil skins. Part of the problem is, I can't find any in my size. They seem to be always made for tall men. When I wear a jacket I can close, I'm also supposed to have Orangutan arms! Weird!

I was on the money this morning! Now guess which one is the modern coin? Yeap, it's the rusty one!
