Today, I can reference my first success as such.
May I introduce Mr. Rooster and Mrs. Hen, who have been living apart for a while now.
Anyway, I was only too happy to help, bringing them back together.
I must say, Mr. Rooster looks genuinely happy. Mrs. Hen needs a bit more work..

That's the new lot finished. I got up quite early today and it was great to work in the peace and quiet as everyone else...

That's the new lot finished. I got up quite early today and it was great to work in the peace and quiet as everyone else was still snoozing and the cat gang wanted out. At some stage, coming up to low tide, I felt the urge to go out into the bay for a wee trashure hunt but then a particular heavy rain shower cured me of that thought.

Some of these are reserved. The rest will be available on the 8th of November at The Workhouse: Donegal Famine Heritage Centre Christmas Fair! Bí linn!

A couple of new ones that are ready to be set into solder.
Every single one came from a broken piece of pottery that I found along the shores of Northwest Donegal. A little remainder of the people who ones owned the beautiful cups, bowls and plates.

All will be ready for my first Christmas Fair of the season, on the 8th of November at The Workhouse: Donegal Famine Heritage Centre in Dunfanaghy, Co. Donegal.

A couple of days on the radiator, this sherd dried out nicely and revealed its beautiful flower.
