Congrats to the Ar Snámh team! Our film has been selected to screen at the Dublin International Short Film and Music Festival next month! Keep an eye out for the schedule to find out when you can see this touching story by writer Maura Campbell, produced by Gemma Stack, produced & directed by Anna Czarska, captured by cinematographer James Van De Waal. Starring the brilliant Brid Ni Chumhaill from Ros Na Run, up-and-coming Sive Doyle, and Wesst End Stranger Things performer Callum Maxwell.

Ar Snámh was supported by the dlr First Frames scheme of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and IADT.

An Irish-language short film about an old woman who is abandoned on a seashore by the men of her village. This is a symbolic story about the apparent disposability of older people and people with disabilities, made by a neurodiverse team.
