📢 New Survey Launched: Unlocking Residential Potential in Cork’s Town & Village Centres

Cork County Council has launched a new survey for owners of commercial properties in town and village centres across the county. The survey will help identify opportunities to convert unused ‘over the shop’ or ‘back of the shop’ spaces into much needed homes.

By gathering insights on feasibility, challenges, and potential, the findings will guide future Council strategies and support the best use of upcoming Government funding schemes.
