BEST ADVICE EVER!!!! SO TRUE!!!

Are you familiar with the “Let Them” theory? I’ll tell you friends the more I grow the more I am okay with accepting the “Let Them” in my own life and relationships.

This is something that took me a very long time to learn. I used to tolerate a lot because I didn't want to lose people. But I learned the hard way if they were really my people they would never treat me like that. Don't make the mistake of being so understanding and forgiving that you overlook the fact that you're being repeatedly disrespected.

Let them be upset.
Let them judge you.
Let them misunderstand you.
Let them gossip about you,
Let them ignore you.
Let them be "right."
Let them doubt you.
Let them not like you.
Let them not speak to you.
Let them run your name in the ground.
Let them make you out to be the villain.
Whatever it is that people want to say about you, let them!
Kindly step aside and LET THEM.

The hard truth is they know how much they are hurting you. And they just simply don't care. They did it knowing it could cause them to lose you. And they did it anyway. People that love you care about how they make you feel. The end. Let them go.

There will be people that would rather lose you than be honest about what they've done to you. Let them go.

The lack of respect was the closure. The lack of apology was the closure. The lack of care was the closure. The lack of acountability was the closure. The lack of honestly was the closure. Let them go.

Make the decision to no longer sit at tables where you might be the topic when you get up. Let them go.

You can still be kind. You can even still love them deeply. But do it from the distance they created in their words and actions. Access to you is a privilege they have proven they can’t be trusted with. Let them go.

You don’t need to tell your side of the story. God already knows. Let God fight the battle for you. Let them go.

It’s taken me a long time to get here. Sleepless nights, countless tears, managing a range of emotions filled with anger, disappointment, confusion and deep hurt. Lots of self reflection, self preservation, deep prayer and seeking wisdom from those much wiser than me.

If you are struggling with this please know you are not alone. We will never understand why hurt people hurt people. But we can do the hard work to grow ourselves. Because healed people do in fact heal people.

Don’t you dare let them steal your joy.
Don’t you dare let them steal your light.
Don’t you dare let them steal your peace.
You are in control of that.

Hold tight to what you can control and release your grip on what you can’t control.

Let them go.

•Reiki is the ancient art of healing by touch. (Rei) means Universal and (Ki) means Life Force Energy. ✨

•Reiki is a method in which life force energy is channeled to heal on a physical, spiritual and emotional level. 🕉

•During a Reiki session, the energy first moves through the practitioner through the purified channel within the healer, transmuting and negativity or “blocks” within the practitioner. This ensures they never pass any negativity to the recipient. As a result, the healer is never left feeling “drained” during the process of giving a treatment. 🙏🏻

•During a treatment, the practitioner places their hands in various different positions over the clients body. The energy naturally directs itself to the source of any imbalances. Each person will take the amount of energy that is needed. Reiki can not cause any harm.🥰

•As Reiki begins to move in and heal our whole system, it starts to work on, and break through our limiting beliefs and attitudes. 😇

✨𝑬𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒔 ✨

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦?
Energetic cords are the non physical connection we make with everyone we encounter. It is important for us to be aware of this as to be able to clear ourselves of any cords that may be draining us without our knowledge.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝?
You may feel physically tired and run down, feel ‘low in energy’. Try to become aware of who you feel this way around. Is it in work? In the midst of a friends gossip session in which you don’t wish to partake? After a breakup?

More often than not this is not intentional. Setting boundaries and mentally protecting yourself and your aura is a powerful practice to ensure that you leave every interaction feeling uplifted.

You can sever these cords simply by setting the intention to do so. Call upon your angels, spirit guides, friends and family from spirit or whatever you connect with most. It’s all an expression of the universe. Imagine a sword of blue light gently cutting the chords, removing all that is no longer serving you, for the highest good of all.

There can be a lot of fear associated with this when dealing with energetic cords within friendships and relationships incase the love is removed. This is not something to worry about as it is all what you intend. Choose to keep all of the love and happiness and release anything that is not for your highest good into the universe.

Remember that some energetic cords are much more deep rooted than others. Energetic cords with someone you walk past will be much easier to detach from than someone who you have been friends with for years. This is a process that should be repeated whenever you feel called to do so. 🙏🏻
