We look into a very special haunting.
The "Brown Lady of Raynham Hall" is the name given to a ghost that reportedly haunts Raynham Hall in Norfolk, England. The ghost is believed to be Lady Dorothy Walpole, who was allegedly locked in the house by her husband until her death in 1726, and now her spirit is said to wander the halls in a brown dress. The legend was popularized by a famous 1936 photograph of what appears to be a ghostly figure on a staircase, which was taken by photographers from Country Life magazine.

We hope that you have all listened in to our last podcast - Old Melbourne Gaol and found it interesting. I find it interesting that there is not that much about the ghosts as you would think there would be? We have not looked into whether there are any ghost tours there? Maybe one of our followers might know?
But,
This week we take you to a very different place for our next podcast. We return to bonny old Edinburgh and take you to a place that was established in 1688.
Yep - 1688!!!

Anne and Roman have spent the weekend in Melbourne. Whilst there they stayed at another infamous gaol in that city - Pentridge.
Although its now been turned into luxury accommodation, which seems to be the way these sites are being repurposed, Pentridge still has one wing left in its original state.
Check it out!
