A New Name, Same Soul 🌿

Dear friends,

What began as Mindful Nature Ireland has grown into something deeper, more personal, and more refined. Today, I’m excited to introduce our new name: Mihi Mindful Living.

“Mihi” comes from Latin, meaning “for me” — a gentle reminder that mindfulness begins within. This new name reflects the simplicity, depth, and personal connection that our community stands for.

The heart of our work remains unchanged: nature-inspired mindfulness, soulful experiences, and a space to reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

Thank you for walking this path with me. I can’t wait to continue the journey together — now under the name Mihi.

Detoxing can feel like a fresh start – renewal, cleansing, clarity.

But it’s not always the right time. Being mindful means knowing when to skip it.

🚫 1. During Pregnancy or Breastfeeding
Mobilizing toxins can be harmful to the baby. Focus on balanced nutrition and safety first.

🚫 2. In Children
A developing body has different needs – detoxing can be too harsh and unnecessary.

🚫 3. If You Have Chronic Illness
Liver, kidney, digestive, or autoimmune conditions may make detox risky. Always consult a professional.

🚫 4. While Taking Medication
Some supplements can interfere with how medications are absorbed or work. Talk to your doctor first.

🚫 5. When Physically or Mentally Exhausted
Detoxing adds stress to the body. Prioritize rest, nourishment, and recovery before cleansing.

🌿 Detoxification – Support consciously, not excessively

Many people ask me: “Is it really necessary to detox if our body can do this task anyway?”

My answer: Yes – but not because our body is not capable of it. But because in today’s world it may need extra support.

💨 The air we breathe,

🍔 The food we eat,

😓 The stress we experience every day –
all can contribute to our detoxifying organs (liver, kidneys, intestinal tract) becoming overloaded.

That's why I believe that with a conscious lifestyle and quality supplements, we can help our bodies function more efficiently.

✨ Some of my favorites:

- Milk thistle – a true ally of the liver

- Chlorella & spirulina – cellular cleansing

- Fiber & probiotics – friends of the intestinal tract

- Turmeric – anti-inflammatory and liver support

Important: supplements do not detoxify, they support the body's natural processes.
