A day for the diary, 5k walk/run around scenic Aughris followed by an afternoon of outdoor family fun!!
Kids DJ, live music band, BBQ, raffle, face painting, ice cream van, food trucks, minion mascot and much much more
All proceeds from this event will be donated to A Forever Home for Nicholas and Cara Leonard.

In a very interesting chat, Self Enquiry & Mindfulness teacher, Aileen Slein gave us plenty of food for thought for how we engage others. After a career in the high speed corporate world, Aileen pressed pause and took a complete detour in her life, leading to her current project.

She tells us about her personal difficulties during recent years and how she got through them. She encourages mindful communication when working with companies and communities to create spaces of safety and inclusion so that people can show up authentically.

Pop Up Theatre group in Sligo are about to sell out over 800 seats for three nights running in what will be the biggest ever crowds in Sligo (and probably in the northwest and beyond) to attend a live theatre event!
