Well that will depend on what type of business you have and who your customer is.
Not all businesses were created equal and therefore your posting times won't be the same either.

You run a business and you're already multifaceted, but then they tell you you need to post on social media too 🥴

Here's 3 ways to make your life easier and help you post more often:

1. Don't try to create a different post every time, instead turn ONE idea into multiple posts.

A client question can become:
• Reel
• Carousel
• Story
• LinkedIn post
• Email

One idea can feed your content for several days.

2. Create content in batches, rather than trying to find time to post each day.

Block 60 minutes once a week and create 3–5 posts in one sitting.

Your future self will thank you.

3. Keep a running list of content ideas.
Every time a client asks you a question, complains about something, misunderstands something or gets a great result:

WRITE IT DOWN.

Those are your best content ideas because they're answering questions and covering the topics your target customer is already talking about.

It can be tough to make content but if you create a simpler system, it becomes easier.

Save this for the next time you don't know what to post!

AI NEWS & WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU:

Anthropic began embedding invisible watermarks into text generated by its Claude language model and chatbot in a move designed to satisfy new European Union rules on AI transparency.

You won't see the mark but Instagram & TikTok can detect it and they might label it automatically as AI content.

This will affect not only images that have been edited but text that has been copy/pasted. So even if you used it only to spellcheck, or remove the background of an image, it can still be labeled as AI content

So whilst is a good move to create a safer online space, helping identify deepfakes, captions written by AI, etc.

In my opinion, it still needs to be regulated and refined further, to determine how AI was used.

As it's not the same creating fake content to scam people than using it to improve a photo or a caption (if that's what you decide to use).

We need more than ever to use CAUTION & COMMON SENSE.

It's hard to keep on top of everything all the time.

And as a social media strategist it's hard to admit that I don't always do the things that I preach, 100% all the time.

You're running a business AND trying to post consistently and to be honest, my business is running other people's pages, so mine gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

Without even mentioning the kids, the gym, the errands, and everything else that we have going.

Can you relate to any of these? Drop a number in the comments and tell me I'm not alone!
