Hillary Rodham Clinton to Receive the Sutherland Leadership Award

Business & Finance is honoured to announce that Hillary Rodham Clinton will be given the 2025 Sutherland Leadership Award. The award will be presented in association with KPMG at the Business & Finance Leadership Awards on Thursday, 11 December at the Convention Centre Dublin.

Secretary Clinton has held some of the highest offices in American public life—as First Lady, U.S. Senator, Secretary of State, and the first woman to lead a major U.S. political party’s presidential ticket.

A global advocate for equality, she has championed women’s rights for decades, including her landmark speech at the 1995 UN Conference in Beijing, where she declared: “Human rights are women’s rights and women’s rights are human rights.”

This honour recognises her legacy of leadership, her commitment to democracy, and her lasting impact on public life worldwide.
