We have just finished our special edition show as part of 33 with ITT in aid of Denise Ryan. Yesterday we had 3 time Natural Bodybuilding Federation of Ireland Junior champion 2013, 14 and 15 and World Natural Bodybuilding Federation Junior International champion Jay Robinson Fitness in the studio talking to us about the importance of fitness in college and bodybuilding. You have the chance to win a 5 week online personal training with Jay, all you have to do is record your best Arnold Schwarzenegger impression and send it to the T-RED page. RADIO WEEK STARTS TOMORROW!!!

I'm Darren. Like my co-hosts I'm also a first year in CDM. I've always had a love for digital media and my favourite aspect of it is radio. If you're having trouble recognising me on the air, I'll be the one frequently telling ridiculous jokes and getting yelled at by Emma. I love being on the radio and having a laugh with my fellow T-Red members and I can't wait to do the same during Radio Week."

2 DAYS TO GO! Next up is Emmz

"Hey I'm Emma, most people call me Emmz. Like Roz I'm a first year CDM student. Before CDM in ITT I studied performing arts for 3 years in Bray institute of further education where I achieved a higher national diploma. I'm only back living in Ireland for the last year after living in Swansea for 3 years. As soon as I arrived back I heard of the CDM course and immediately knew it was for me.
I've always had an interest in anything techy and creative. I constantly mess around on photoshop and edit audio and videos. From the first radio class in ITT I was hooked! This will be my first time presenting a live radio show and I CAN'T wait! Love the banter I constantly have with the T-RED crew ... especially yelling at Darren 😂 "

With Radio week ONLY 4 DAYS AWAY ... It's time for you to meet T-Red. First up is Roz

"Hey everyone! I’m Roslyn and I’m a first year Creative Digital Media student. I was elected as the First Year Representative committee member for the Radio Society during the first semester. I love everything to do with radio so joining the society and ITTFM was one of the best decisions I’ve made whilst attending IT Tallaght. I was 15 when I was first involved with radio and I instantly loved it! I’ve presented and produced several shows over the years. I know as soon as I leave college I hope to work in radio or the television industry. Everyone in the society is lovely and welcoming, I’ve made so many friends since I’ve joined and we have awesome memories together with many more to be made. I’m really looking forward to Radio Week coming up especially 33 with ITT. If you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask. I encourage people to join the Radio Society if they have an interest with radio or if they want to see what it’s all about and we’re the best society ever so who wouldn’t want to join?
