🟠 Video Won't Close Your Deals
[aka here's me, again, almost shooting myself in the foot]

🔸 Content Isn’t Sales.
A great commercial doesn’t chase leads.
A powerful testimonial doesn’t handle objections.

🔸 Selling?
That’s for your SDRs.
Your Account Executives.
Sales.

🔸 Putting content in it’s right place
Content should be your company’s gravity core.
Like in space and your the star!! get it?
Video pulls.
Stirs curiosity.
If it’s great, it makes people feel like it was made just for them.
Within the first 5 seconds.

🔸 CTA
Video’s only CTA should feel like a soft magnetic field [again, star references],
welcoming the viewer to explore deeper into the company’s sales orbit.
THAT’S IT!
Stop killing it by pushing so hard.
Like some dude who's trying to impress his date by mentioning every hobby he does, then asks her immediately if she wanna marry.

🔸 Content Stages
If you ask me, you should split your content strategy into two stages:

🔸 Awareness Stage
The goal: SPARK CURIOSITY.
Make the viewer feel something.
Don't try to sell.
Here content should feel authentic, grounded, and human.

If your brand were a café, this is the part where someone walks by and sees a warm, inviting space with a quiet seat by the window waiting just for them.

🔸 Conversion Stage
Now the viewer has stepped inside.
Here, content SUPPORTS.
It’s the menu, clear and beautiful as can be.
The tone.
The atmosphere that makes people feel they’re in the right place.
If done right, this content helps the customer recognize their need and see your solution as a natural fit.

🔸 Build the Cave
So I think your creative shouldn't push.
Make it echo.
In a way that lingers in the mind, until curiosity turns to action.

🔸 AI Slop
Is a slang that describes low effort AI content.
Yes… people online hate it so much they gave it a name.

🔸 July the 15th [btw - my b-day]
Starting July 15, YouTube is updating its monetization policy
to target repetitive and mass-produced content, especially AI generated videos that lack originality or meaningful value:

🔸 Red Flag for AI usage
YouTube is getting better at spotting content that was made by no one.
True, it’s not that they’ll delete everything.
It’s that they’ll push those videos aside.

🔸 The Paradox of Infinite Gold
I heard there's an asteroid that holds enough gold to make everyone rich.
But if everyone has it, gold becomes worthless.
Abundance kills value.
Same with AI content.

🔸 Flood
As I’ve written before:
The internet is about to drown.
Not from bad ideas,
but from too many soulless content.

YouTube's act against AI is like Noah and the ark
saving us from the upcoming flood [such an on-spot example]

🔸 After the Flood?
There will be a shift in the creative world.
From quantity to presence.
From optimization [ 🤢 ] to authenticity.
From “what works” [ 🤮 ] to “what matters.”

🔸 Evolution by Natural Selection [Darwinism]
"It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most adaptable to change."
[for some weird reason, I read the whole book when I was young].

🔸 The Neo of the AI Era
True, right now most companies don't prefer "authenticity" over "optimization".
Most of us still don't know how to make this new marketing strategy sustainable.
We’re still trying to fish out better CTR and views.
And ohhh the holy "book a demo".

But the ones that figure this out first - will conquer the next generation of marketing & creative, in the AI area.

🟠 My dudes, stop with the information posts

🔸 Information is everywhere
You want five tips to improve engagement?
AI will write it in three seconds.
Wanna share “5 insights from the last event”?
There are probably 50 people that went to the same event asking GPT to create the same boring post, and they all have the same insights to share.
Be honest, you don’t even read them yourself.

🔸 What people might actually crave
- Perspective.
[see my post “creative thoughts #4” for more].
We’re still humans. We care for emotion. Authenticity.
People being people.
Original, personal, real thoughts.
Not the AI - sharp, accurate knowledge we drown in these days.

🔸 Dead Internet
There’s this conspiracy about the internet being driven mostly by bots.
Not far from the truth in my opinion but let’s not get into that.
**Point is - and mark my words. I believe in it with all my heart:**
AI is in a race to end the internet.
And it will almost succeed — until one day, people will remember how to be human online again.

🔸 Use human perspective in your content.
Your company’s strongest creative marketing advantage should be the human perspective.
If your content can be generated by AI —
then you’ve already lost.
Nobody stops for content that feels like it was made by no one.
But if your voice, your lens, your take
Is personal
Is a bit broken
Is a perspective, not “The Truth”
Then it’s human.
That’s your creative marketing goal.
