This quote still holds true in 2025 — maybe more than ever.
We have seen candidates who check every skill on their resume or cvs…
But if the attitude is not right, they do not grow, they don’t accept , and the team feels it.
On the other side, people with the right mindset — even if they’re missing 1–2 technical or soft skills — can learn fast, step up, and drive real impact on teams & Company
Because skill gaps can be closed.
But Bad attitude? That’s a much harder to fix.
