20 ટકા લોકોએ ડાઉનડિટેક્ટર પર ઇન્ટરનેટ કનેક્ટિવિટીમાં વિક્ષેપની જાણ કરી છે.
14 ટકા લોકોને Jio Fiber ચલાવવામાં સમસ્યાનો સામનો કરવો પડી રહ્યો છે.
રિલાયન્સ જિયોની વેબસાઈટ પણ યોગ્ય રીતે કામ કરી રહી નથી અને ન તો યુઝર્સ Jio એપને એક્સેસ કરી શકતા નથી.
