14 april: dr.bheem rao ambedkar jayanti โ˜๏ธโ˜๏ธ.Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, widely known as Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, was one of the greatest leaders, thinkers, and reformers in Indian history. He was born on 14 April 1891 in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh, into a Dalit family. During his childhood, Indian society was deeply divided by the caste system, and Ambedkar faced severe discrimination and untouchability. Despite these hardships, he remained determined to pursue education and rise above social barriers.
Ambedkar was an exceptionally bright student. He completed his early education in India and later went abroad for higher studies. He earned a B.A. from the University of Bombay, followed by an M.A. and Ph.D. from Columbia University. He also obtained a D.Sc. from the University of London and became a Bar-at-Law from Gray's Inn. His education made him one of the most highly qualified leaders of his time.
Throughout his life, Ambedkar fought tirelessly against caste discrimination and worked for the upliftment of marginalized communities. He believed in equality, justice, and human rights. He started movements, wrote books, and raised his voice against social injustice. His famous work Annihilation of Caste strongly criticized the caste system and called
