📌 Are you struggling with confidence in public speaking situations, then let me share 3 Tips to help you calm your nerves and take your presentation or talk to a higher level
1. ✅ Warm Up with a Jig: Boost energy and shake off nerves. Do some vocal exercises, a jig or stretches before your presentation to help warm up your body and reduce tension.
2. ✅ Visualize Success: See yourself acing the presentation. Take some time to visualize yourself delivering a successful presentation. This can help you build confidence and reduce anxiety.
3. ✅Use relaxation techniques: Breathe Like a Pro: Master calm, controlled breathing. Try deep breathing, meditation, or visualization exercises to help reduce anxiety and stay calm
4. ✅Use positive self-talk: Replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations. For example, instead of telling yourself "I'm going to mess this up," tell yourself "I'm prepared and capable."
