Police seeks public assistance in identifying motorcyclist involved in Hit-and-Run case

Srinagar: Police Station Nigeen received information regarding a hit-and-run incident at Tailbal Adda, where an unknown motorcyclist, driving rashly and negligently, struck a pedestrian identified as Ab. Rashid Gojri son of Ab. Rehman Gojri resident of Kangan. The motorcyclist fled the scene immediately after the incident. The injured pedestrian was shifted to SKIMS Soura for medical treatment; however, he later succumbed to his injuries.

During the course of investigation, CCTV footage from the vicinity was analysed, and a photograph of the suspected motorcyclist was obtained.

In this regard, the general public is requested to help in identifying the individual shown in the photograph. Any information leading to the suspect’s identification or location may be shared with Police Station Nigeen on 9596770590 & 9596770592 Or Dial 112.
