Let me tell you next story from the walls of these pillars

Next stop is 64 pillars Mantapa of King Krishnadevraya📍

Sitting near Tungabadhra river tells a tale of King Krishnadevraya who planned his death as he know someone from his ministry is trying to kill him and take over his thrown so he planned is cremation here and then through a secret passage he escaped , dummy was burnt and he escaped into the forest for a year and checked everyone who was planning his murder and then punished them when he releaved he is alive.

Also do u know Krishnadevraya is the king who laid the foundation of stone chariot we adore in Hampi and on rs 50 note ✌️

Place is just small and peaceful from here you can visit Nava brindavan through a small boat ride to a small island.

Now follow and explore more of Hampi , through my lens.

Less Time and More Exploration (Munnar- Kochi Itinerary)

So finally launching my Munnar Kochi itinerary with the Ghibli trend ✌️

Plan (ab shanti se save krlo baar baar nhi milega 😜)

Day 1 -
From Bengaluru Reach Munnar directly or via Kochi (via Kochi you will waste time even though your bus fair a bit extra but you can explore extra)

- Reach Zostel Munnar or your own stay 📍🏡

(now from here Munnar has 4 direction to explore

But I wanted to see magical sunrise

- Go towards Thekkady direction (Day 2)🛣️
Explore Signal Point , Lockhart gap view point , rock cave (jeep ride -1500 full jeep 4-5 people can join)

Do a small trek to Phantom Hills and stay in a tent inside forest .

Now Day 3 ⏰

Wake up early at 4 am go for a jeep ride to Kolukumalai peak and view the magical sunrise (you can take this ride from Zostel directly also check with them before you plan)

For me it was with tent stay and phantom hill trek -1600rs per head

Next head towards Coimbatore direction same day

- Enjoy at Lakkom Falls
- Anaimudi Peak
- Ancient town Marayoor
- Chinnar Wildlife sanctuary

Don’t visit Eravikulam national park as there is only one animal Munnar goat there instead visit chinnar wildlife sanctuary quickly to view Thoovanam falls but it closes sooner by 1pm so be a bit early

Next Day 4 🚎🏖️

Take bus from Munnar and head towards Kochi (take bus to Ernakulam bus stop)

Then take a boat jetty ride to fort Kochi
Enjoy the sunset view at fort Kochi beach it might not be clean but you will enjoy the vibe of the place or you can sit at any cafe near by

Then at last take the rare experience of water metro in Kochi and then catch your bus back to Bengaluru

(One day was consumed while I was heading to Munnar as it was hard to get the bus from Kochi towards Munnar and we wasted around 2-3 hours there )

However I enjoyed a lot so, learn from my mistake and explore more the top station side of Munnar and keep following to plan your next journey 🤟.

I Explored Kochi in 12 hours

Can you believe that , it’s an amazing small city which we can be beautifully explored via its sea routes in just short Span of time,

Though I haven’t explored the churches ,museum and yoga practices that happens in the place but still I was able to take a super cheap ride on boat ,less than bus less than auto then I had a peaceful sunset experience at the fort Kochi beach and then taken my first ever water metro ride adoring the view ocean at the night

So this how you can enjoy your short time at Kochi ,whether you are coming from Alleppey ,Munnar or Kannur you can visit Kochi.

It’s the most developed city in whole Kerala so won’t struggle here for things to get.

Now now plan -

✅Reach Kochi from Munnar early morning by 10-11 am
(Tip- Take the bus to Ernakulam not Vytila as in the Ernakulam bus stand you can deposit your bags as well)

🧳Deposit your extra luggage at Ernakulam bus stand for Rs 50 per bag no need to rent room

🚌 Take bus or sharing auto 30 rs only to Ernakulam boat jetty

🛥️Take boat jetty to Fort Kochi -6rs

🏖️Explore Streets of fort Kochi and move towards fort Kochi beach

🌊Adore a wonderful sunset at the beach

💦🚉 Then take your water metro experience from Fort Kochi to High court (rs 40 only)

Also don’t forget to have Kerala’s delicacies on the way of our exploration ✌️

And Keep following to plan your pocket friendly best trip

Kochi 🛥️🏖️

Heading back to Bengaluru was not possible from mountains Munnar as we had to get down at Kochi or also known as Ernakulam to complete this visit to Kerala .

Kochi is one of the oldest and well developed city of Kerala where you can find IT hub ,metros and sone rare experiences that I will share soon.

Bus route 🚌
So as there are not many direct buses from Munnar to Kochi if you try to research it out however you can find more bus to Ernakulam bus stand which is like 10km from Vytilla bus stand or Kochi bus stand ,also you can get more frequent bus to Aluva another wonderful town in Kerala and from there to Kochi.

Benefit 🤟 - If you can get down at Ernakulam junction and in case you just want to explore kochi in few hours you can deposit your bags for 50rs each at Ernakulam bus stand.
Awesome right

So now wait for experiences of Kochi and follow to join on this journey✌️

Chalo Likhte hai kuch aisa SafarNama saath

Location - Gap Road Munnar📍

Gap road was one of the places which was most affected by last years land slides in Munnar ,still construction is going on but views are still amazing for the whole valley

There was a small rock cave also near by but that was just not so good as it was quite small cave and a smelly one it seems people peed there.

So a request please don’t destroy the nature and places you visit 🙏

Hi all soon starting to organise my small trips around Bengaluru ,let’s go for some rare places together

Comment down if you are interested
And keep following for future trip together✌️

Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga-A sight to behold near Narmada Ghat

Omkareshwar,Khandwa 📍

Your journey of Jyotirlinga’s is not complete without this auspicious place (Finally completed my 7/12- Jyotirlingas journey).

Views are like Banaras and calmness is like Himalayas here as the location of temple is surrounded by mountain ranges. This place can be a lot cooler as compared to Ujjain Mahakal temple during night but views are also best covered at night.

Crowd can more during the season but as usual also it can take around 3-4 hours for Darshan.

This place can be visited Along with Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga in Ujjain.

Soon I will share my itinerary and for that you need to keep following and explore more with me✌️.

Challenge yourself with this trek with HariHar Fort trek this year

Plan chahiye 📝??

🚙 Take your vehicle from Pune or Mumbai to Harshewadi Village in Nashik

🦮🧳🎒Take your guide and small bag pack from village (carry light weight as there can be monkeys on the trail who can sn**ch your bag )

🥾With good trekking shoes go on your 80 degree hike and climb carefully, especially on the steps

Advice 📸 click photos when you stop at a place while climbing or else you will fall off🤷‍♂️

After this if you have time you can visit tribamkeshwar jyotirling near to the village around 14km and can complete your challenge 🤟

🙏🚮🪴Please don’t throw any of your garbage here and there in the trek carry a dustbin bag or a plastic then dispose it off while you come back to the village

Trek distance (3-4km one side)

Best season can be winters or monsoon (but it can be a challenging during monsoon due to slippery steps you take during 80 degree climb)

For hassle free thing I booked my hike for just 1699 rs with from Pune to Pune. You can do this as well or plan your trip with above itinerary.

It’s all started with a dark night filled with small glittering stars ✨

Taking you to the base village of my journey to Harihar trek

Harshewadi (Base Village)-Phase I . Harihar Trek

This place is around 41km from Nashik town and can be reached by rented vehicle or personal vehicle through a route surround by mountains everywhere.

There is another base village to reach here as well that’s known as kotamwadi.

I liked this village a lot because the view of twin mountains one is Harihar fort and the other one was Bhramhagiri as said by locals but views were awesome .
In night as well as in day slide through .

Start your journey from here to conquer the Harihar fort trek.

And Keep following as journey has been just started.

A call to preserve our mountains - Happy International Mountain Day🧗🏔️

Why do we celebrate mountain day?
Mountains are not just any rocks that are there are on earth and people climb on beautiful views

They are more than that they provide most of freshwater supply to the humanity, pure oxygen from to people who visit them, contains a lot of rare medicinal plants ,place that provides calmness to mind and challenges us to test our limits by visiting them.

Since they do so much for us we have responsibility to protect them avoid any kind of damage to them like breaking them to make buildings or throwing garbage while visiting them. please stop this if you love visiting them and stop others also who try to destroy them.

And Keep exploring new mountains to test your mountains too✌️
