🧂 Ingredients:
250g fresh prawns (cleaned and deveined)
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp coriander seeds
½ tsp cumin seeds
6–7 garlic cloves
1 small onion (sliced)
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tsp tamarind paste
Salt to taste
🍳 Recipe Steps:
1. Marinate the prawns with salt, turmeric, and a pinch of chili powder. Set aside.
2. Prepare masala by roasting red chilies, coriander, cumin, and garlic. Grind into a fine paste with tamarind.
3. In a pan, heat ghee, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and onions. Sauté until golden.
4. Add the ground masala and cook until the oil separates.
5. Add marinated prawns and cook on low flame until done.
6. Finish with a splash of ghee for aroma and flavor.
Serve hot with neer dosa, chapati, or rice! 🌾
