There are many energy channels and meridians throughout the body! The energy channels to the heart run through the palms. Tapping at the right pressure points helps to clear these energy channels and improve blood circulation to the heart. This is a simple Qi gong technique and very effective.

Nobody tells you this about knee pain... 🦡
The knee isn't the problem. It's the victim.
Three things keep breaking it down β€” and none of them are age:
1. Weak glutes β€” your hip stops guiding the thigh, the knee pays the price
2. Stiff ankles β€” lose just 5Β° of movement and knee pain risk doubles
3. Locked hip rotation β€” so the knee rotates instead, and it was never built for that
Fix the chain above and below the knee, and the pain finally stops coming back.
Three exercises. That's it.
β†’ Hip abductions 3 sets x 20 times once a day
β†’ Ankle mobilisations 3 sets x 10 times once a day
β†’ Reverse clams 3 sets x 20 times once a day
Most knee pain after 50 isn't permanent. It's just misunderstood. πŸ™Œ
