Day 72 of testing recipes that shouldn’t work…

Slow-roasting a heavily seasoned premium rack of ribs on a charcoal kettle grill, right in the middle of a vast, snow-covered frozen tundra lake! 🏔️🥩🔥

The biting sub-zero winds and deep frost should have choked the heat out of the coals instantly…

But the wood chunks held their ground to erupt a thick column of smoke, beautifully charring the glaze over the open grates! 🤤

Day 71 of testing recipes that shouldn’t work…

Trying to slow-roast a massive, marinated rack of pork ribs over a roaring wood campfire, right on the edge of a freezing glacial ice sheet! 🏔️🥩🔥

All while a wild colony of penguins stands watch directly on the ice behind our cooking station! 🐧❄Object

The freezing sub-zero winds and packed ice should have cooled the grate instantly, but the logs held their ground to erupt a massive smoke trail and char the glaze beautifully! 🤤

Day 74: ❌ Grilling hot smoky tandoori in a rainstorm with a neighbor... 🐯💨

Day 74 of testing recipes that shouldn’t work…

Trying to slow-roast a massive, marinated batch of chicken skewers over a blazing charcoal fire, right in the middle of a freezing mountain monsoon! 🏔️🍗🌧️

All while a rare white tiger paces across the rocks and splashes through the wet glacial river directly behind our cooking station! 🐯💧

The relentless pouring rain should have extinguished the coals instantly, but the intense flame burst sealed the rich masala and charred the skin perfectly! 🤤

I dont know why but this egg looks little different today 🤯
Street chef try making normal fried egg but something crazy happen while cooking.

Egg yolk suddenly jump up and hanging in air like magic 😂
Is this cooking skill or AI glitch or some food magic happening here?

Honestly I watch this 5 times and still cant understand what exactly happened.
