Today's Breakfast platter 🍽
Rice and whole wheat flour rotlas (Pancakes) 🥞
Banana 🍌
Red grapes 🍇

RICE AND WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR ROTLA (PANCAKES)
This is super delicious, yummy & nutritious.
Can be made with freshly cooked rice & leflt over rice too.
Perfect for school tiffin & breakfast.
RECIPE
In a mixing bowl take left over rice or freshly cooked rice & a mashed medium sized potato.
To it add yoghurt (curd), salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder.
Mix it well & allow it to soak for 15 minutes.
Now add chopped onions, coriander leaves & green chillies (optional), mix it gently.
Add wheat flour to make it a dough, the dough will be wet not dry.
Take a big lemon size ball, dust with dry atta (wheat flour), roll it out in a flat plate with your palm.
Slide it to a pre heated non stick griddle (tawa), as it is wet it may break.
Do not worry as long as it holds together on the non stick griddle, you can flatten it on the griddle too, but carefully as it the griddle will be hot.
Add oil on the sides and spread little oil over too.
Cook on one side. Flip & make it golden brown.
Cook till both sides becomes golden brown.
And its done. In this way make all the rotlas.
Serve with green chutney, yoghurt (curd) and achar (pickle).
