*One Year of Failure: NC Betrays People’s Expectations* Bashir Ahmad War

Political Activist And Trade President Rohama Rafiabad launched a scathing attack on the National Conference (NC), calling its one year in power a “complete story of betrayal, failures, and deceit.” He said the past year has made it clear that NC is only interested in power, protocol, and privileges, not in people’s welfare.

Mr Bashir said the NC government has failed miserably to deliver on every promise it made in its manifesto. “They promised 200 units of free electricity, 12 gas cylinders per household, ₹5000 per month to EWS women, and one lakh jobs for youth. None of these promises have seen the light of day. Their so-called ‘vision document’ has turned into a document of lies and betrayal,” he said.

He added that Statehood is a demand only for NC’s MLAs and Ministers, not for the poor people of Jammu & Kashmir. “For NC leaders, statehood means protocol, power, and red-beacon culture. But for the poor people, it has no meaning when they don’t even have roti, kapda aur makaan. The NC has failed to provide even basic necessities and dignity to the common man,” Mr Bashir stated.

Taking on the NC leadership for its double standards, Mr Bashir said, “The same Omar Abdullah who once opposed the installation of prepaid electricity meters is now forcing poor people of J&K to install them and pay extra from their hard-earned money. This exposes the NC’s hypocrisy and their anti-poor mindset.”

He said the NC government’s record in the last one year is filled with corruption, favoritism, and arrogance, while the youth continue to suffer from unemployment and hopelessness. “The NC leaders have abandoned the ground. Their only focus is on power politics, not people’s problems,” he added.

He appealed to the youth to Reject the NC’s politics of deceit and stand with Your vision For a New Jammu & Kashmir based on development, dignity, and opportunity for all.

“The NC has betrayed the people once again and this time, the youth of J&K will ensure this is their last opportunity to mislead the public,” Mr Bashir concluded.

*One Year of Failure: NC Betrays People’s Expectations* :Sheikh Mohammad Iqbal

BJP Youth Leader and District President of BJP Youth Wing Sheikh Mohammad Iqbal today launched a scathing attack on the National Conference (NC), calling its one year in power a “complete story of betrayal, failures, and deceit.” He said the past year has made it clear that NC is only interested in power, protocol, and privileges, not in people’s welfare.

Iqbal said the NC government has failed miserably to deliver on every promise it made in its manifesto.

The NC has failed to provide even basic necessities and dignity to the common man,” Iqbal stated.

Taking on the NC leadership for its double standards, Iqbal said, “The same Omar Abdullah who once opposed the installation of prepaid electricity meters is now forcing poor people of J&K to install them and pay extra from their hard-earned money.

Iqbal said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP has shown what real governance means, roads, investments, jobs, women empowerment, and youth participation. “While NC talks, BJP delivers. The people of Jammu & Kashmir have seen the difference between dynastic politics and result-oriented governance,” he said.

He appealed to the youth to reject the NC’s politics of deceit and stand with BJP’s vision of a new Jammu & Kashmir based on development, dignity, and opportunity for all.
“The NC has betrayed the people once again and this time, the youth of J&K will ensure this is their last opportunity to mislead the public,” Iqbal concluded.

FSSAI Bans Food Brands From Using ‘ORS’ Tag Over Misleading Claims

New Delhi, Oct 16:
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has barred food and beverage companies from using the term ‘ORS’ (Oral Rehydration Salts) on their products unless they strictly comply with the WHO-recommended formulation. The move follows concerns that several fruit-based drinks and electrolyte beverages were misleading consumers by implying medical benefits. The regulator said such misuse amounts to misbranding under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and warned that violators will face strict action.
