My experience with Omnicom Advertising Group
my name is vaneet and i was the member of OAG company, i want to aware of you from company policies, in starting when you are newly join then there's no rules made for you and take leniency, but when you spent 3-4 months with company then OAG gives you unnecessary stress and make unusual rules to follow and pressurized you to make new members.
this work is uncertain if you think you are the contract of 1 year to work with company then you are wrong, OAG anytime in between suspend you without giving you warning and told you that you not follow unusual rules.
i want to tell you also which team you made in OAG, then OAG not count anyone's efforts of each member individually to make a team, if you are the team leader and run a team, in this case OAG suspend the whole team against make some unusual cause,
OAG doesn't take the responsibility of your newly join member, even he/she doesn't get his/her initial money invested, and ask you we refund your security when the contract has been end during the year, there's not any assurity that OAG return your security fund and you will be responsible for the rest loss of your newly join member
i feel sorry that i am disturbing you by sending you this message, but i want to tell you the truth of OAG because its my duty as an Indian citizen.

मेरा नाम वनीत है और मैं OAG कंपनी का सदस्य था, मैं आपको कंपनी की नीतियों से अवगत कराना चाहता हूँ, जब आप नए-नए जुड़े होते हैं तो आपके लिए कोई नियम नहीं बनाए जाते और नरमी बरती जाती है, लेकिन जब आप कंपनी के साथ 3-4 महीने बिताते हैं तो OAG आपको अनावश्यक तनाव देता है और पालन करने के लिए असामान्य नियम बनाता है और नए सदस्य बनाने के लिए आप पर दबाव डालता है।
यह काम अनिश्चित है अगर आपको लगता है कि आप कंपनी के साथ काम करने के लिए 1 साल के अनुबंध पर हैं तो आप गलत हैं, OAG आपको बिना किसी चेतावनी के बीच में कभी भी निलंबित कर देता है और आपको बताता है कि आप असामान्य नियमों का पालन नहीं करते हैं।
मैं आपको यह भी बताना चाहता हूँ कि आपने OAG में कौन सी टीम बनाई है, तो OAG किसी के व्यक्तिगत रूप से टीम बनाने के प्रयासों को नहीं गिनता, यदि आप टीम लीडर हैं और टीम चलाते हैं तो इस मामले में OAG पूरी टीम को निलंबित कर देता है, OAG आपके नए सदस्य की जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेता, भले ही उसे उसका शुरुआती निवेश किया हुआ पैसा न मिले, और आपको बताया कि OAG हम आपके सुरक्षा कोष को वापस कर देते हैं, जब अनुबंध वर्ष के दौरान समाप्त हो जाता है, तो इस बात की कोई गारंटी नहीं है कि OAG आपके सुरक्षा कोष को वापस कर देगा और आप अपने नए सदस्य के शेष नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार होंगे
मुझे खेद है कि मैं आपको यह संदेश भेजकर परेशान कर रहा हूँ, लेकिन मैं आपको OAG की सच्चाई बताना चाहता हूँ क्योंकि एक भारतीय नागरिक के रूप में यह मेरा कर्तव्य है।
