ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਵਾਰਾ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵਧਦੀ ਦਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਾਮ ਵੇਲੇ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਪਸ਼ੂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਣ ਉੱਤਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਸਨਿਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਸਹਿਬਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਵਾਰਾ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਭ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਲਈ ਯੋਗ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਜਾਣ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਣਸੁਖਾਵੀਂ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।

Youth Akali Dal leader Vicky Middukhera was shot dead in broad daylight in Mohali on Saturday.

Four armed men fired around 10 bullets at the young leader in the Mataur market at around 10.30 am before fleeing the spot.
