🤍 The Virtues of Sending Ṣalawāt Upon Prophet Muhammad (SAW) 🌹✨

Jumu‘ah is the best day of the week, a day filled with mercy, blessings, and opportunities to draw closer to Allah.

Among the greatest acts of worship on this blessed day is sending abundant Ṣalawāt (blessings and peace) upon Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

Every time a believer sends blessings upon the Prophet (SAW), Allah rewards them with even greater blessings.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said:

♦️ “Whoever sends one blessing upon me, Allah sends ten blessings upon him.”

📚 Sahih Muslim 408

What a tremendous reward!

A few words upon the tongue can bring ten mercies from Allah, erase sins, and elevate a believer's rank.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) especially encouraged Muslims to increase Ṣalawāt on Fridays.

♦️ “Increase your blessings upon me on Friday, for your blessings are presented to me.”

📚 Sunan Abi Dawud 1047

Sending Ṣalawāt is a sign of love for the Messenger of Allah (SAW) and a means of drawing closer to him on the Day of Judgment.

Allah Himself commands the believers:

♦️ “Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who believe, send blessings upon him and salute him with worthy greetings.”

📖 Al-Qur'an 33:56

---

🌿 Benefits of Sending Ṣalawāt:

💛 Allah sends ten blessings upon you
💛 Sins are forgiven
💛 Ranks are elevated
💛 Du‘ā is more likely to be accepted
💛 A means of attaining the Prophet's intercession
💛 Brings peace and blessings into one's life

---

🌿 A Simple Ṣalawāt:

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

Allahumma ṣalli ‘alā Muḥammadin wa ‘alā āli Muḥammad

“O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.”

---

🌿 A Reminder for This Jumu‘ah:

💛 Increase your Ṣalawāt today
💛 Read Surah al-Kahf
💛 Make sincere du‘ā
💛 Attend Jumu‘ah prayer attentively
💛 Remember Allah frequently

🤍 The more we love Prophet Muhammad (SAW), the more we should remember him with Ṣalawāt.

May Allah send countless blessings and peace upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

🏔️ Cave of Thawr: The Story of Hijrah, Trust, and Divine Protection 🤍✨

Among the most remarkable places in Islamic history is the Cave of Thawr, located south of Makkah.

This cave witnessed one of the greatest moments of faith, courage, and reliance upon Allah during the Hijrah (migration) of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) from Makkah to Madinah.

When the Quraysh plotted to kill Prophet Muhammad (SAW), Allah commanded him to leave Makkah and migrate to Madinah.

His closest companion, Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (RA), accompanied him on this blessed journey.

Instead of taking the direct route to Madinah, they traveled to the Cave of Thawr and remained there for three nights to avoid their pursuers.

The Quraysh searched intensely for them and eventually reached the entrance of the cave.

Abu Bakr (RA) became concerned for the safety of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

But the Prophet (SAW) reassured him with words that continue to inspire believers until today:

♦️ “Do not grieve; indeed Allah is with us.”

📖 Al-Qur'an 9:40

Allah protected His Messenger (SAW) and Abu Bakr (RA).

Despite the enemies standing near the cave, they were unable to find them.

The Hijrah was not merely a journey from one city to another.

It was a journey of faith, sacrifice, patience, and complete trust in Allah.

From this migration, the Muslim community was established in Madinah, and Islam began to spread more openly.

The Cave of Thawr reminds us that when believers place their trust in Allah, His help comes in ways they cannot imagine.

---

🌿 Lessons From the Cave of Thawr:

💛 Trust in Allah brings strength during difficulties
💛 True friendship is built upon faith and sacrifice
💛 Allah protects His righteous servants
💛 Patience leads to victory
💛 Every hardship is followed by relief through Allah's permission

---

🌿 A Reminder For Us:

💛 Place your trust in Allah during every trial
💛 Remember that Allah is always with the believers
💛 Be patient when facing difficulties
💛 Support righteous companions and friends
💛 Have hope in Allah's mercy and protection

🕊️ The Cave of Thawr is not merely a cave on a mountain.

It is a timeless reminder that when the world seems against you, Allah's help is always near.

🏔️ Jabal al-Nūr: The Mountain of Light ✨📖

Among the most famous mountains in Islamic history is Jabal al-Nūr (The Mountain of Light), located near Makkah.

This mountain is home to the Cave of Hira — the blessed place where the first revelation of the Qur'an descended upon Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

Before Prophethood, Prophet Muhammad (SAW) would often retreat to the Cave of Hira to worship Allah, reflect upon creation, and seek solitude away from the idol worship and corruption of society.

He would spend days and nights in contemplation and devotion.

Then, at the age of forty, during the month of Ramadan, a moment occurred that changed the course of human history forever.

While Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was in the Cave of Hira, Angel Jibril (AS) came to him with the first revelation from Allah.

Jibril (AS) said:

♦️ "Read!"

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) replied that he could not read.

Then Jibril (AS) embraced him and repeated the command.

Finally, the first verses of the Qur'an were revealed:

♦️ "Read in the Name of your Lord Who created."
📖 Al-Qur'an 96:1

These were the first words of the final revelation sent to mankind.

From that moment, the mission of Prophethood began.

The message of Islam spread from a small cave on a mountain to every corner of the world.

Jabal al-Nūr is not honored because of the mountain itself, but because of the tremendous event that took place there — the beginning of the revelation of the Noble Qur'an.

Millions of Muslims remember this mountain as the place where the light of guidance first descended to humanity.

---

🌿 What Happened at Jabal al-Nūr?

💛 Prophet Muhammad (SAW) worshipped in Cave Hira
💛 Angel Jibril (AS) brought the first revelation
💛 The first verses of the Qur'an were revealed

💛 Knowledge begins with seeking Allah
💛 The Qur'an is the greatest guidance for humanity

💛 Allah chooses whom He wills for His mission
💛 One sincere person can change the world by Allah's permission

---

🌿 A Reminder For Us:

💛 Read and reflect upon the Qur'an daily
💛 Seek beneficial knowledge
💛 Make time for worship and reflection
💛 Follow the guidance revealed to Prophet Muhammad (SAW)
💛 Let the light of the Qur'an guide your life

👣 Maqām Ibrāhīm: The Blessed Footprints of a Prophet ☝🏻🤍🕋

Among the sacred landmarks surrounding the Ka‘bah is Maqām Ibrāhīm — a place connected to the legacy, sacrifice, and obedience of Prophet Ibrāhīm (AS).

Maqām Ibrāhīm contains the blessed footprints believed to have been left by Prophet Ibrāhīm (AS) while building the Ka‘bah with his son Prophet Ismā‘īl (AS).

As the walls of the Ka‘bah grew higher, Prophet Ismā‘īl (AS) would bring stones while Prophet Ibrāhīm (AS) stood upon a stone to continue the construction.

By the will of Allah, the marks of his feet remained upon that stone as a sign and reminder for future generations.

Allah (SWT) honored this place in the Qur’an:

♦️ “And take the Maqām of Ibrāhīm as a place of prayer.”
📖 Al-Qur'an 2:125

For centuries, Muslims have looked upon Maqām Ibrāhīm as a reminder of sincere worship, sacrifice, and submission to Allah.

After completing Ṭawāf around the Ka‘bah, pilgrims and visitors are encouraged to pray two rak‘ahs, following the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

When the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) completed his Ṭawāf, he prayed behind Maqām Ibrāhīm and recited:

♦️ “And take the Maqām of Ibrāhīm as a place of prayer.”
📚 Sahih Muslim 1218

Maqām Ibrāhīm is not worshipped, nor are its footprints worshipped.

Rather, it serves as a powerful reminder of the faith and obedience of a Prophet who dedicated his life to Allah.

Every believer who sees it remembers the legacy of Tawḥīd and the sacrifices made by Prophet Ibrāhīm (AS) for the sake of Allah.

---

🌿 What Is Maqām Ibrāhīm?

💛 The stone upon which Prophet Ibrāhīm (AS) stood while building the Ka‘bah.
💛 Contains the blessed footprints of Prophet Ibrāhīm (AS).
💛 Located near the Ka‘bah in Masjid al-Ḥarām.
💛 A place associated with prayer and remembrance of Allah.

---

🌿 Lessons From Maqām Ibrāhīm:

💛 Obedience to Allah leaves a lasting legacy.
💛 Great achievements require sacrifice and effort.
💛 Parents should work with their children in righteousness.
💛 The Ka‘bah was built upon Tawḥīd and sincerity.
💛 Every believer should strive to leave behind a legacy of faith.

---

🌿 A Reminder For Us:

💛 Follow the path of Prophet Ibrāhīm (AS).
💛 Build your life upon obedience to Allah.
💛 Value sincere deeds over worldly recognition.
💛 Remember the sacrifices made by the Prophets.

🕋 The Building of the Ka‘bah: A Legacy of Faith, Obedience, and Du‘ā 🤍

Among the greatest stories in Islamic history is the building of the Ka‘bah by Prophet Ibrāhīm (AS) and his beloved son Prophet Ismā‘īl (AS).

The Ka‘bah is the Sacred House of Allah, the Qiblah of every Muslim, and the center of Hajj and ‘Umrah.

Its story is a story of faith, sacrifice, obedience, and complete submission to Allah.

After Prophet Ibrāhīm (AS) left Hajar (AS) and Ismā‘īl (AS) in the barren valley of Makkah by Allah's command, Allah blessed the land with Zamzam and made it a place of worship for generations to come.

Years later, when Ismā‘īl (AS) had grown up, Allah commanded Prophet Ibrāhīm (AS) to raise the foundations of the Ka‘bah.

Father and son worked together with sincerity and devotion.

They carried stones from the mountains, raised the walls of the Sacred House, and dedicated every effort solely for the pleasure of Allah.

Allah (SWT) says:

♦️ “And [mention] when Ibrāhīm and Ismā‘īl were raising the foundations of the House, [saying], ‘Our Lord, accept this from us. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.’”

📖 Al-Qur'an 2:127

Despite performing such a noble deed, they did not become proud.

Instead, they raised their hands in humility and asked Allah to accept their work.

They also made du‘ā for future generations:

♦️ “Our Lord, make us Muslims in submission to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation in submission to You...”

📖 Al-Qur'an 2:128

Their du‘ā was accepted.

Today, millions of Muslims face the Ka‘bah in prayer every day and travel from every corner of the world to perform Hajj and ‘Umrah.

The Ka‘bah remains a symbol of Tawḥīd, obedience, sincerity, and devotion to Allah alone.

---

🌿 What Ibrāhīm (AS) and Ismā‘īl (AS) Did:

💛 Raised the foundations of the Ka‘bah
💛 Worked together in obedience to Allah
💛 Built the Sacred House with sincerity
💛 Made du‘ā for acceptance
💛 Prayed for future generations of believers

---

🌿 Timeless Lessons From This Great Story:

💛 Obedience to Allah brings success
💛 Parents should guide their children toward righteousness
💛 Great deeds require sincerity
💛 Always ask Allah to accept your worship
💛 A legacy of faith can benefit generations after you

---

🌿 A Reminder For Us:

💛 Build your life upon Tawḥīd
💛 Teach your family to worship Allah
💛 Be patient during hardships
💛 Make du‘ā for your children and the Ummah
💛 Keep your heart attached to the House of Allah

🕋 The Ka‘bah is not merely a building of stone.

It is a symbol of faith, obedience, sacrifice, and the timeless message of all the Prophets: Worship Allah alone.

💧 Zamzam Water: A Blessed Gift From Allah ☝🏻🤍🕋

Among the greatest blessings connected to Makkah is the blessed water of Zamzam.

Its story begins with Hajar (AS) and her infant son Isma‘il (AS) in the barren desert.

When their water ran out, Hajar (AS) ran between Safa and Marwah searching for help and provision.

She trusted Allah completely.

Then Allah sent Jibril (AS), and by Allah's command, the miraculous spring of Zamzam burst forth from the earth beside Isma‘il (AS).

For thousands of years, Zamzam has continued to flow, providing water for millions of pilgrims.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) praised the virtues of Zamzam and encouraged Muslims to drink it with sincere intentions and du‘ā.

♦️ The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said:

“Zamzam water is for whatever it is drunk for.”

📚 Sunan Ibn Majah 3062

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) also drank Zamzam while standing.

♦️ Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Abbas (RA) said:

“The Prophet (SAW) drank Zamzam while standing.”

📚 Sahih Muslim 2027

Zamzam is not ordinary water.

It is a blessed gift from Allah and a reminder that Allah provides from places we never expect.

🌿 Sunnah Etiquettes of Drinking Zamzam:

💛 Face the Qiblah if possible
💛 Begin with “Bismillah”

🖤 Ḥajar al-Aswad: The Blessed Stone From Paradise ☝🏻🤍🕋

Among the most honored objects in Islam is the Ḥajar al-Aswad (Black Stone), which is set into the eastern corner of the Ka‘bah in Makkah.

For centuries, millions of Muslims have looked upon it with love and reverence as a symbol connected to the legacy of Prophet Ibrāhīm (AS), Prophet Ismā‘īl (AS), and the Sacred House of Allah.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) informed us about its heavenly origin.

♦️ “The Black Stone descended from Paradise, and it was whiter than milk, but the sins of the children of Adam made it black.”
📚 Sunan al-Tirmidhi 877

When Prophet Ibrāhīm (AS) and Prophet Ismā‘īl (AS) were building the Ka‘bah, the Black Stone was placed in its corner as part of the House of Allah.

Today, pilgrims begin and end their Ṭawāf from the direction of the Black Stone, following the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

Muslims do not worship the Black Stone, nor do they believe it has divine power.

Rather, they honor it because the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) honored it.

During Ṭawāf, the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) would touch and kiss the Black Stone when possible.

♦️ Sayyidunā ‘Umar ibn al-Khaṭṭāb (RA) said:

“I know that you are only a stone and can neither benefit nor harm. Had I not seen the Messenger of Allah (SAW) kissing you, I would not have kissed you.”

📚 Sahih al-Bukhari 1597

This statement beautifully explains why Muslims honor the Black Stone — out of obedience and love for Allah and His Messenger (SAW), not because the stone itself has power.

The Black Stone reminds believers of the connection between earth and Paradise, the legacy of the Prophets, and the importance of following the Sunnah.

---

🌿 What the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Did:

💛 Touched the Black Stone during Ṭawāf
💛 Kissed it when possible
💛 Pointed toward it when unable to reach it
💛 Began and ended Ṭawāf from its direction

---

🌿 Lessons From Ḥajar al-Aswad:

💛 Obedience comes before personal opinion
💛 Muslims follow the Sunnah of the Prophet (SAW)
💛 The Ka‘bah and its symbols remind us of Allah
💛 True honor belongs to what Allah honors
💛 Love for the Sunnah strengthens faith

---

🌿 Important Reminder:

💛 Muslims do not worship the Black Stone
💛 It cannot benefit or harm anyone by itself
💛 It is honored because Allah honored it and the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) respected it

🕋 Ṭawāf al-Wadā‘: The Final Goodbye to the Sacred House ☝🏻🤍

After days filled with worship, sacrifice, tears, and remembrance of Allah, the journey of Hajj comes to an end with one final act of devotion — Ṭawāf al-Wadā‘ (The Farewell Ṭawāf).

This is the last rite of Hajj before leaving Makkah.

Pilgrims return to the Ka‘bah one final time, circling the Sacred House with hearts full of gratitude, love, and hope.

For many, it is one of the most emotional moments of the entire pilgrimage.

They look upon the Ka‘bah knowing they may never see it again in this life.

Tears flow as they remember their du‘ās, their repentance, and the countless blessings Allah granted them during Hajj.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) instructed the pilgrims:

♦️ “Let none of you depart until his last act is at the House.”
📚 Sahih al-Bukhari 1755
📚 Sahih Muslim 1327

During the Farewell Ṭawāf, pilgrims complete seven circuits around the Ka‘bah, thanking Allah for allowing them to fulfill this great pillar of Islam.

It is a farewell not of sadness alone, but of hope.

Hope that Allah accepted their Hajj.

Hope that their sins were forgiven.

Hope that they return home with purified hearts.

Just as pilgrims leave the Ka‘bah physically, they strive to carry its lessons spiritually for the rest of their lives.

The journey of Hajj may end, but the journey of obedience to Allah continues.

---

🌿 What Pilgrims Do During Ṭawāf al-Wadā‘:

💛 Perform seven circuits around the Ka‘bah
💛 Remember Allah and make sincere du‘ā
💛 Thank Allah for the blessing of Hajj
💛 Seek acceptance of their worship
💛 Prepare to return home with a renewed heart

---

🌿 Lessons From the Farewell Ṭawāf:

💛 Every journey in life has an end
💛 The believer should leave every act of worship with gratitude
💛 Acceptance of deeds is more important than the deed itself
💛 A purified heart is the greatest gift of Hajj
💛 The end of Hajj is the beginning of a better life with Allah

🌙 The First Friday After Eid al-Adha: Stay Firm After the Blessed Days ☝🏻🤍🕋

The days of Dhul-Hijjah and Eid al-Adha may be passing, but the connection with Allah should never end.

One of the signs that Allah accepted our worship during these blessed days is that we continue obeying Him even after Eid.

The believer does not worship Allah only in Ramadan, Dhul-Hijjah, or on special occasions — rather, the believer remains consistent in prayer, dhikr, Qur’an, and sincerity throughout the year.

Allah (SWT) says:

♦️ “And worship your Lord until there comes to you the certainty (death).”
📖 Al-Qur’an 15:99

This Friday is a reminder to hold firmly onto the goodness we practiced during the days of Hajj and Eid.

Continue your prayers.

Continue your du‘ā.

Continue your repentance.

Continue remembering Allah.

The blessed days may end, but the Lord of the blessed days remains forever.

Friday itself is also a special day in Islam — a day of mercy, du‘ā, and forgiveness.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said:

♦️ “The best day on which the sun has risen is Friday…”
📚 Sahih Muslim 854

Do not return to heedlessness after tasting the sweetness of worship during Dhul-Hijjah.

Let Eid be the beginning of positive change, not the end of worship.

---

🌿 Reminders for This Blessed Friday:

💛 Read Surah al-Kahf
💛 Send abundant Ṣalawāt upon the Prophet (SAW)
💛 Make sincere du‘ā before Maghrib
💛 Continue Takbīr and dhikr
💛 Pray Jumu‘ah with humility
💛 Thank Allah for allowing you to witness Eid al-Adha

---

🌿 Lessons After Eid al-Adha:

💛 Consistency is beloved to Allah
💛 Worship does not end after special days
💛 Friday is a weekly gift for believers
💛 The heart needs constant remembrance of Allah
💛 True success is remaining steadfast upon guidance
