पर नूरानी महफ़िल का आयोजन.....

जिला अंजुमन इस्लामिया, चम्बा के तत्वावधान में आगामी 26 जून 2026, बरोज़ शुक्रवार को एक भव्य धार्मिक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन होने जा रहा है।

माहे मुहर्रम के मुकद्दस मौके पर आयोजित होने वाली इस ज़िक्र-ए-शहीदे-आज़म कॉन्फ्रेंस तथा एक नूरानी मजलिस को लेकर चम्बा के मुस्लिम समुदाय में भारी उत्साह देखा जा रहा है।

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, यह नूरानी महफ़िल राजपुरा स्थित "मदरसा जामिया जमालिया इस्लामिया" के प्रांगण में प्रात: 10-00 बजे आरम्भ होगा ।

अंजुमन इस्लामिया द्वारा चम्बा जिले के तमाम मुस्लिम वर्ग से इस कार्यक्रम में बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लेने की गुजारिश की गई है।
यह जानकारी देते हुए हैं जिला अंजुमन इस्लामिया के सदर डॉ इसरार अली शाह ने बताया कि इस कॉन्फ्रेंस की गरिमा बढ़ाने के लिए जम्मू व कश्मीर से विशेष रूप से हज़रत अल्लामा मौलाना मुफ्ती सैय्यद फ़रीद शाह मिस्बाही साहब बतौर मुख्य अतिथि शिरकत करने पहुंच रहे हैं।
डॉक्टर इसरार अली शाह ने बताया कि इस मजलिस के समापन के बाद जिला अंजुमन इस्लामिया, चम्बा की ओर से तमाम के उपस्थित लोगों के लिए लंगर-ए-आम (खाने) का भी इंतजाम किया गया है।

अंजुमन इस्लामिया के सदर डॉ. इसरार अली शाह ने जिले के तमाम अकीदतमंदों से गुजारिश की है कि वे इस नूरानी महफिल में शिरकत फ़रमाकर अपने दिलों को मुनवर करें और सवाब-ए-दारैन हासिल करें।

उनकी अनुमति के बिना एक सड़क/रास्ते का निर्माण
कर दिया था।

यह मामला कांगड़ा जिले के इंदौरा क्षेत्र मोहटली का है, लोक निर्माण विभाग (PWD) के खिलाफ 18 साल लंबी कानूनी लड़ाई जीतने के बाद रघुवीर सिंह ने अपनी निजी भूमि पर बने सार्वजनिक रास्ते को बंद कर दिया है।

मुख्य विवाद यह था......

अवैध सड़क निर्माण: रघुवीर सिंह की पैतृक निजी भूमि पर लोक निर्माण विभाग (PWD) इंदौरा ने उनकी अनुमति के बिना एक सड़क/रास्ते का निर्माण कर दिया था।

18 साल का संघर्ष: रघुवीर सिंह ने अपनी जमीन का मालिकाना हक वापस पाने के लिए अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाया।

यह कानूनी लड़ाई लगभग 18 वर्षों तक चली।

अदालत का फैसला: आखिरकार, अदालत ने रघुवीर सिंह के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया और यह माना कि उक्त भूमि पूरी तरह से उनकी निजी संपत्ति है और विभाग का इस पर कोई अधिकार नहीं है।

कोर्ट ऑर्डर के बाद रास्ता किया बंद

(Fencing): केस जीतने के बाद, रघुवीर सिंह ने कानूनी रूप से अपनी जमीन का कब्जा वापस लिया

और उस रास्ते पर कटीले तार लगाकर उसे आम जनता और वाहनों के लिए पूरी तरह बंद कर दिया।
