📍 Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple is a famous Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The deity is worshipped as Padmanabha, reclining on the serpent Anantha (Adishesha), symbolizing eternal rest and cosmic balance. The temple is one of the 108 Divya Desams, making it highly sacred in Vaishnavism.

The temple showcases a beautiful blend of Kerala and Dravidian architecture, with a tall gopuram and intricate stone carvings. Devotees can view the deity through three separate doors, representing the head, body, and feet of Lord Vishnu. Traditionally, the temple has been managed by the Travancore royal family, who regard themselves as servants of the deity, known as Padmanabha Dasa.

The temple gained global attention due to its ancient underground vaults containing immense treasures, believed to be offerings accumulated over centuries. Despite this fame, the temple remains primarily a place of devotion, discipline, and tradition, with strict rituals and dress codes.
