Sri Sathya Sai Baba often declared:
"Faith is life; lack of it is death.” (Sathya Sai Speaks, Vol. 28 Ch. 10)

Just as breath keeps the body alive, faith keeps our inner being alive. Without breath, the body perishes; without faith, the soul becomes restless, directionless, and weak.

Faith is not blind belief—it is the oxygen of the spirit, connecting us directly with God.

"Faith is the very breath of man. It is the secret of all success. If faith is absent, man becomes a living corpse.” (Sathya Sai Speaks, Vol. 23 Ch. 1)🪷🪷🪷

Every act of life rests on faith: a farmer sows seeds trusting the rains will come, a student studies trusting in success, a mother nurtures her child trusting in the child’s future. In the same way, faith in God assures us that His grace is ever-present, guiding and protecting us.

🪷🪷🪷Baba explains:
“Faith in God is like the mainspring of a watch. Without it, the watch cannot work. Without faith, life is useless.” (Sathya Sai Speaks, Vol. 19 Ch. 16)🪷🪷🪷

Faith gives us the wings to rise above fear, like a bird that trusts not the branch but its own wings. With faith, even poison can turn into nectar, obstacles melt away, and the impossible becomes possible.

Let us therefore breathe faith every moment, knowing that with firm devotion, God walks with us, within us, and ahead of us. This faith is our true life breath. 🙏
