đą A Muddy Lesson in Joy, Innocence, and Healing đ
The other day, I found myself under a giant tree, lost in thought. And then, something unexpected happenedâtwo kids caught my attention. Running, laughing, falling into the mud, and laughing even harder.
At first, it was just cute. But then it hit me. These kids werenât just playingâthey were living. Their laughter wasnât just noiseâit was healing. Their innocence wasnât weaknessâit was their greatest strength.
Watching them, I realized something profound: true joy and vibrant energy donât come from fame, power, or outward success. They come from withinâwhen we heal ourselves, embrace our inner child, and allow our love to flow freely to others. Thatâs the kind of energy the world needs. The kind that heals. The kind that is contagious.
Curious how two muddy kids taught me this life-changing lesson?

â
The Physical: Orgasm â temporary and sensory,
â
The Non-Physical: Ananda â eternal and all-encompassing.

How the Tropic of Cancer Connects Ujjain to Cosmic Time Better Than Greenwich Mean Time.
Have you ever wondered why the Tropic of Cancer fits so perfectly with Ujjain and the Mahakaleshwar Temple, the temple of Mahakala (the God of Time), compared to something like Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)? Let me break it down.
1. Ujjain and the Tropic of Cancer:
The Tropic of Cancer, an important imaginary line on Earth, passes close to Ujjain. This line marks the point where the Sun is directly overhead at noon during the summer solstice (June 21). This is super important because ancient Indian astronomers used this to track time and the movement of the Sun. Ujjain became a natural spot for studying time and astronomy. It was even considered the âcenter of timeâ in India!
On the other hand, GMT, which runs through Greenwich, England, is just a modern convention made by the British for global timekeeping. Itâs more about convenience and doesnât have any real connection to the Sunâs movement or natural cycles, especially for a place like Ujjain.
2. Why the Tropic of Cancer is Special for Time:
In Ujjain, because of its location near the Tropic of Cancer, people could figure out when it was exactly noon by just looking at the Sun! The Sunâs position at this latitude gives a direct connection to the cycles of time and seasons, which is super symbolic in Hindu culture. Thatâs why Ujjain was a major center for astronomy and why the Mahakaleshwar Temple is tied to the concept of time itself.
GMT, on the other hand, has nothing to do with the Sun directly. Itâs more of a man-made system based on longitude. Useful for global time zones, sure, but not as naturally meaningful as the Tropic of Cancer for understanding time in connection to nature.
3. Mahakaleshwar Temple and Time:
The Mahakaleshwar Temple isnât just a place of worshipâitâs deeply connected to the idea of cosmic time and cycles. The God Mahakala represents the infinite nature of time, and the T
How My Guru Made Me Realize That Sometimes, Even Being Ruthless Can Bring Healing to Others.
One fine morning, as I sat on my balcony sipping tea, lost in thought, my inner guru appeared, as he often did during moments of quiet reflection. He wasnât some mystical figure with a halo or robesâjust a calm, wise voice inside me that always knew what I needed to hear.
"Atul," he began, "have you ever thought about the purpose behind all you do in this world?"
I took a moment to respond, unsure of what he meant. "I mean, I try to do my best⌠but purpose? I never really thought of it that deeply."
"Well, let me tell you something," he said. "Whatever you doâwhether it's writing, working, speaking, or even dealing with difficult peopleâyour actions should have one hidden motive: healing. Healing others, whether they realize it or not, is what will bring true fulfillment to your life."
I frowned, puzzled. "Healing? But what about people who are impossible to deal with? Those who are rude, hurtful, or downright toxic? How am I supposed to heal them?"
My inner guru chuckled. "Ah, now thatâs the tricky part. Healing doesnât always mean being soft or kind. Sometimes, healing requires you to be harsh, even ruthless, because that's the only language some people understand. But remember this: whatever action you take, never curse them from within. Even if you must act tough on the surface, let your heart remain free from resentment or anger."
I nodded slowly, starting to understand. "So you're saying I need to separate my actions from my emotions? Be tough when needed, but keep my heart clean?"
"Exactly," he said. "When you're harsh out of necessity but remain compassionate inside, you donât harm your own spirit. This balance ensures you donât lose yourself in the chaos of the world. And when your actions align with the deeper purpose of healingâeven in conflictâyouâll find fulfillment and success on a deeper level."
As I reflected on his words, a m
Only inclusive, conscious jobs will keep you relevant even after Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning takes over.
We live in a world where AI and robots are doing everything from driving cars to writing essays (yes, even this one!). But donât panicâthere are plenty of jobs out there that machines simply canât do. Why? Because they require creativity, emotion, and a personal touchâthings only humans can bring to the table.
If youâre wondering what kind of jobs will always need humans, hereâs a simple, no-nonsense guide to help you plan your future.
1. Creative Jobs:
Machines are great at copying patterns and analyzing data, but theyâre not imaginative. They canât come up with original ideas, and thatâs where you come in.
Writers and Authors: Whether youâre crafting a thrilling novel or scripting a blockbuster movie, storytelling needs a human brain to make it relatable.
Artists and Designers: From painting to graphic design, creative work that speaks to people will always need a human touch.
Musicians: Sure, AI can create beats, but writing a song that hits someone in the heart? Thatâs all you.
If youâve got a knack for coming up with new ideas, this is your playground.
2. Jobs That Need Empathy:
One thing machines canât do? Care about people. Professions where empathy is the key ingredient will always need humans.
Therapists and Counselors: People need other people to help them navigate their emotions and challenges.
Caregivers: Whether itâs elderly care or looking after kids, these jobs require warmth and patience that no robot can mimic.
Life Coaches: Helping someone find their purpose or giving them the confidence to chase their dreams is uniquely human work.
If you love connecting with people, this is your calling.
3. Leadership Roles:
Machines canât leadâthey follow orders. Jobs that involve decision-making, inspiring others, or driving change will always need humans.
Entrepreneurs: Start a business, solve

How Sadhguru Made Me Realize That the Soil's Health Is Directly Connected to Human Health.
1. Understanding the Problem: Soil Carbon Depletion:
Sadhguru explained that soilâs carbon content is rapidly depleting.
* Soil without sufficient carbon becomes barren, leading to nutrient-deficient crops.
* This directly affects human health, contributing to the rise in diseases we see today.
* Farmers face declining productivity, trapping them in cycles of poverty.
2. The Solution: Simple Yet Powerful Actions:
* Planting Trees on Farms: Trees prevent soil erosion, provide shade, and enrich the land.
* Introducing Cattle: Their waste serves as a natural fertilizer, replenishing soil nutrients.
* These actions increase soil carbon levels, improving its health and productivity.
3. Sadhguruâs Projects: Leading the Change:
* Rally for Rivers: Focuses on rejuvenating Indiaâs rivers by restoring vegetation around them.
* Project GreenHands: A massive tree-planting initiative to combat deforestation.
* Save Soil Movement: A global effort to raise awareness and implement policies to restore soil health.
4. Proven Success Stories:
* Farmers in Tamil Nadu who adopted agroforestry saw their income double or triple.
* Agroforestry not only improves soil health but also provides additional income through fruits, timber, etc.
* These examples showcase the win-win potential of sustainable farming methods.
5. Global Impact and Government Collaboration:
* Governments worldwide are collaborating with Sadhguru to integrate soil restoration into their policies.
* In India, Rally for Rivers influenced both state and central policies, promoting tree-based farming.
* Countries in Europe, Africa, and America are joining hands to address soil degradation globally.
6. The Broader Lesson:
* Protecting soil isnât just about saving the environment; itâs about saving ourselves.
* Soil is the foundation of lifeâits health directly impacts human health and economic stabi
