The MYERS TV is honored to spotlight Scholar, Hero, and Leader, Mr. Emmanuel G Karway , whose dedication to education, leadership, and service continues to inspire many.
Emmanuel George Karway is a dynamic Human Resource professional, student leader, community advocate and change agent with a strong commitment to people development, ethical leadership and institutional growth. He currently serves as the Superintendent of All Liberian Students in India, Uttarakhand State (ALSI–US), where he represents and coordinates the interests of Liberian students across the state, promoting unity, advocacy and student welfare.
Emmanuel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Adventist University of West Africa, equipping him with a solid foundation in financial management, reporting and organizational accountability. Building on this background, he gained one year of professional experience as a Loan Officer with Hope Financial Credit Union, where he developed strong competencies in financial services, client relations, credit analysis, risk assessment and ethical financial management.
Driven to expand his impact in public service and people management, Emmanuel later earned a Cadet Certificate from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, which placed him as an HR intern in the Human Resource Management Department of the Monrovia Consolidated School System (MCSS), a Government of Liberia educational agency. Through demonstrated commitment, productivity and measurable professional contributions, he was formally employed in August 2020, transitioning into full professional service within the MCSS government agency. He has since accumulated over four years of working experience in Human Resource Management and currently serves as Staffing Coordinator, contributing to recruitment, employee engagement, employee welfare and institutional effectiveness.
Alongside his professional career, Emmanuel has demonstrated strong leadership in alumni and community organizations. He previously served as Financial Secretary of the Adventist University of West Africa Alumni Association and President of the Killingsworth Mission School Alumni Association, roles through which he supported transparency, institutional development and active member engagement.
Emmanuel is presently on study leave, pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management at Graphic Era University, India, with an academic focus on Strategic Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning, Organizational Development and Public Sector Reform.
Beyond his professional and academic engagements, Emmanuel served as an active community advocate in the Outland Community, where he has supported and worked with several community development institutions aimed at community services and social cohesion. He is also an uprising digital content creator, using online platforms to inspire and engage young people through motivational content, moral lessons, student-life narratives, social reels, street interviews and public reactions. His content creation platform on Facebook name is EGKVibes.
Guided by integrity, service and a people-centered leadership philosophy, Emmanuel George Karway continues to make meaningful contributions to education, human resource development, community advancement and student leadership in Liberia and the diaspora.
