Body dheere-dheere adapt kar rahi hai,
aur confidence bhi build ho raha hai 🔥

Aaj bas ek goal tha —
Kal se thoda better banna 💯

Chahe 1 extra rep ho ya 5 sec extra plank,
progress ho rahi hai… aur wahi matter karta hai 💪

Yeh journey sirf body ki nahi hai,
yeh discipline aur mindset ki bhi hai 🔥

No gym… No excuses… Sirf hard work, discipline aur consistency 🚀

Starting point perfect nahi hai…
Body thodi out of shape hai… belly fat bhi hai…

✔️ Warm-up (Jumping Jacks, High Knees, Arm Circles)
