If I had to learn AI again in 2026…
I’d do it completely differently.
Not more courses.
Not more theory.
Not another 6 months of “preparing”.
Because the truth is —
most people don’t fail at AI…
they fail at how they learn it.
They:
• watch tutorials
• take notes
• keep “learning”
And 6 months later…
they’ve built nothing.
So here’s what I’d do instead:
Month 1: Learn basics + build immediately
Month 2: LLM apps (make usable tools)
Month 3: RAG (most in-demand skill right now)
Month 4: Agents & workflows
Month 5: Real products (not demos)
Month 6: Ship, deploy, get users
That’s it.
No overthinking.
No perfection.
Just building.
Because in 2026 —
the people winning in AI aren’t the smartest.
They’re the ones who ship.
The biggest mistake you can make right now?
Spending months learning… without putting anything out.
This roadmap fixes that.
Build fast.
Ship early.
