कोरोना के नए वैरिएंट ओमिक्रॉन ने भारत में भी दस्तक दे दी है. भारत में अब तक इसके 23 मामले (Omnicron cases in india) सामने आ चुके हैं. दिल्ली के LNJP अस्पताल में हाई रिस्क वाले देशों से आने वाले दो और मरीज Covid-19 से संक्रमित पाए गए हैं. अभी तक के ओमिक्रॉन के ज्यादातर मामलों में हल्के लक्षण ही नजर आए हैं. वहीं, राजस्थान के ओमिक्रॉन वैरिएंट वाले सारे 9 मरीज एसिम्टोमैटिक (Omicron asymptomatic) हैं यानी इनमें कोई लक्षण नहीं पाए गए हैं.

हालांकि, ओमिक्रॉन के हल्के लक्षणों को लेकर वैज्ञानिकों को एक और चिंता परेशान कर रही है. एक्सपर्ट्स के अनुसार, कम लक्षण दिखाई देने पर लोग टेस्टिंग कम कराते हैं और आइसोलेट भी नहीं होते हैं. कुछ लोगों को पता भी नहीं चलता है कि उन्हें कोरोना हुआ है. इसलिए ज्यादा ज्यादा वायरल लोड वाले स्ट्रेन की तुलना में हल्के लक्षण वाला संक्रमण भी तेजी से फैल सकता है. दक्षिण अफ्रीका के वैज्ञानिकों और डॉक्टरों का भी यही कहना है कि ओमिक्रॉन से संक्रमित मरीजों के लक्षण सामान्य सर्दी-जुकाम की तरह ही नजर आ रहे हैं. अन्य वैरिएंट की तरह इसके संक्रमण में गंभीर लक्षण नहीं दिख रहे हैं. इन्हें सांस लेने में तकलीफ जैसी दिक्कतें भी नहीं हो रही हैं.

Know the whole story of Adarsh Nagar murder case, an 18-year-old guy beaten to death. The girl speaks the truth about her family!

The sole witness in the Adarsh Nagar murder case where an 18-year-old boy was beaten to death. Family members of tKnowhe deceased, Rahul Rajput, have told Delhi Police that he was assaulted allegedly over his friendship with a girl from the neighbourhood.

The girl in question interacted with India Today on the condition of anonymity. She said, "It should not be the same condition as Hathras. I want a CBI inquiry. Rahul should get justice."

Making a scathing allegation against the Delhi Police, the girl said, "Adarsh Nagar Police Station put pressure to change the statement. The son of a maternal uncle is the mastermind. I screamed many times for help but no one came forward."

During the investigation, Delhi Police have combed through CCTV footage from the scene of the crime. The retrieved footage shows a boy wearing a pink colour shirt identified as Rahul Rajput. He can be seen with a girl who is the sole witness in the case. This is the same girl who Rahul befriended before his death.

After watching the CCTV footage concerned, one can speculate that the accused asked the girl to call Rahul Rajput and started thrashing him not far from his home on Nanda Road in Delhi's Adarsh Nagar area.

Rahul Rajput's mother has alleged that the Delhi Police were unwilling to register a case at first. Officers said there were no visible injuries on his body, claimed the mother.

Also, Rahul Rajput's uncle claimed that the family did not know those who assaulted the boy on Wednesday. "One boy from the crowd was seen coming forward and saying that he is the one who assaulted him because he saw him speak to his sister," the uncle alleged.

भाजपा नेता रंजीत बहादुर श्रीवास्तव ने लगाया हाथरस की बेटी पे गिनोने आरोप कहा बाजरे के खेत में कौन सी घास काटने गई थी।

विवादित बयानों के कारण अक्सर चर्चा में रहने वाले भाजपा नेता और नगर पालिका परिषद के पूर्व चैयरमैन रंजीत बहादुर श्रीवास्तव ने हाथरस कांड पर बयान दिया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि जब यह लड़की अपनी मां के साथ खेतों में घास काटने गई थी तो बाजरे के सूखे खेत में मां को छोड़कर कैसे चली गयी। लड़कियों के साथ जब घटना होती है तो उन्हें गन्ने का खेत, अरहर का खेत, बाजरे के खेत में ही घास क्यों दिखती है। भाजपा नेता के इस बयान ने राजनैतिक गलियारों में हलचल मचा दी है।

दरअसल, हाथरस में एक अनुसूचित जाति की लड़की के साथ हुई वारदात से पूरा प्रदेश हिला हुआ है। ऐसे में बाराबंकी नगर पालिका परिषद के पूर्व अध्यक्ष और वर्तमान प्रतिनिधि, भाजपा नेता रंजीत बहादुर श्रीवास्तव ने हाथरस की लड़की के साथ हुए शर्मनाक और घिनौने अपराध की खातिर लड़की को ही जिम्मेदार ठहराते हुए उसके चरित्र पर ही सवाल खड़े कर दिए है।

भाजपा नेता ने कहा कि हम आज चुप हैं क्योंकि हमारी सरकार है लेकिन एक सवाल जरूर उठता है कि वह लड़की जब अपनी मां के साथ खेतों में घास काटने गई थी तो मां को अकेला छोड़कर बाजरे के सूखे पड़े खेत में कौन सी घास काटने गयी थी।

Every tiny information of new guidelines for unlock 0.5, issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

New guideline for unlocking 0.5 has been issued by the Centre. The guidelines come into effect from October 1, 2020.

Opening of cinemas, theatres and multiplexes:

Cinemas, theatres, multiplexes which have been closed since March, will be permitted to reopen with up to 50 per cent of their seating capacity, the SOP for which will be issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

As per orders from the Centre, cinemas halls, theatres and multiplexes reopen from October 15, I&B Minister Prakash Javadekar had announced on Tuesday. The theatres have been directed to operate with up to 50% of their seating capacity with one seat-distance.

Schools, Colleges and varsities reopening:

The Union Ministry of Home Affairs has said that it is not compulsory for schools to restart classes on October 15. As per Unlock 5.0 guidelines, the states and UTs can take their decision over the re-opening of schools and coaching institutions after October 15 in a graded manner.

The guidelines issued by the Centre on Saturday said that students can come to school but they will need to write permission of their parents or guardians. The Ministry has said that schools and coaching centres must encourage online learning if the students decide not to come to schools due to coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the Ministry's guidelines, higher institutions can reopen only for PhD and PG students in Science and technology streams that need experimental or lab work.

Social, religious gathering:

For a social or religious gathering, the regulations need to keep in mind. The MHA has now permitted social, academic, sports, entertainment, cultural, religious, political functions and other congregations with a ceiling of 100 persons but outside the Containment Zones only.

The Centre has now given States and UT's the flexibility to permit such gatherings beyond the limit of 100 persons, outside containment zones, after October 15, 2020, which will be subject to conditions like a maximum of 50% of the hall capacity will be allowed, with a ceiling of 200 persons in closed spaces. And the wearing of face masks, maintaining social distancing, provision for thermal scanning and use of hand wash or sanitizer will be mandatory.

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted bail to actress Rhea Chakraborty in a drugs case related to actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death. Her brother Showik Chakraborty's bail plea has, however, been rejected. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had arrested them in September in connection with the drugs case.

Rhea got bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh. The court said, "Rhea should mark her presence for 10 days in the police station after release, deposit her passport, not travel abroad without court permission and inform the investigating officer if she has to leave Greater Mumbai."

A special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) court in Mumbai had extended the judicial custody of Rhea Chakraborty and others in the case till October 20. According to officials, as many as 14 persons arrested in the case were produced before the special court here through video conferencing for the grant of judicial custody.

A 25-year-old woman was allegedly gang-r***d by four men inside the office of a property dealer in DLF phase 2 area on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday. The woman, originally from West Bengal, was also beaten up and her head banged against the wall when she tried to raise an alarm.
The woman eventually managed to escape from the office and run to a private security guard who was sitting nearby.

Police have arrested four food delivery boys for ra**ng a 32-year-old woman in Gurugram, officials said on Sunday. After ra**ng the woman, the accused had also beaten her, causing a severe head injury. Initially, the victim was admitted to a local government hospital for treatment, but when her condition worsened, she was moved to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi.

According to Gurugram Police, the incident took place in the posh DLF Phase-2 area. The four arrested men have been identified as Pankaj, Pawan, Ranjan and Gobind. Police are interrogating the four men, trying to find out if they knew the victim beforehand. Cops said they were waiting for the woman to recover so that we can take her detailed statement. Further investigation is underway.
