Episode 2 – Toddler Approved 🍎✨

This one’s a no sugar, guilt-free win!

Apple Jam (2 ingredients only!)
All you need: 2 apples + 2 Medjool dates 🤍

Steam the apples till soft.
In the same water, soften the seedless dates and mash them nicely.
Add in the steamed apples, mash together, and cook for about 10 mins till it thickens.
Optional: a pinch of cardamom powder for that extra flavour 🌿

Store in a glass container in the fridge — stays good for up to 2 weeks!

Perfect for toast, roti, or even as a quick snack spoonful 😋

Comes in super handy on days when your toddler refuses to eat anything or during travel 🙌

When my baby was 7 months old! Kids copy and follow from when they are infants. Songs and music are very helpful in calming baby and are good for brain development. Parents singing songs are even more effective! Try this with your little one.
