Cancer cases are rising rapidly in India but we can actually prevent a large part of it by just doing two simple things:
1️⃣ Avoid to***co in any form : smoking or chewing. It’s the leading cause of cancer in our country.
2️⃣ Get HPV vaccination for girls aged 9–14 years : it protects against cervical cancer.
By following these two steps, we can prevent nearly half of all cancer cases in India. Let’s spread awareness and protect the next generation. 💪🎗️
