An agency that intentionally under-delivers, now makes all their money from the 50% advance received. 💰

After a string of bad gigs where the agency had to refund their clients all the payment received, the struggling agency has found a new way to stay afloat in the cutthroat world of marketing: demanding 50% payment upfront, before delivering subpar work to their clients.

The agency's co-founders, who spoke to us on condition of anonymity, say they were forced to adopt this strategy after a string of events where they had to return money to their clients.

"Our old way of doing things just wasn't working," said one co-founder. "We were giving our all to every project, but sometimes things just don't work out. We'd have to refund our clients, and we were left with nothing to show for our hard work."

The agency decided to take matters into their own hands by changing their payment policy. "We figured, why not just pivot ourselves to become a 50% Advance agency? That way, we can take up projects by showing a lot of promise and passion - take the 50% advance upfront - and really strive to put on a show about how much we're really trying to do a great job and deliver." said the other co-founder. "But once the client sees the sh*tshow and wants to pull out, we retain the 50% advance and tell them that they don't need to pay the balance."

They're confused, but we're happy.
