Here is why:

- you are not here to attract peers - you are here to get clients.

- connecting with folks who have 1k–5k followers will only get you a random crowd and “great post” traffic on your posts that will never convert into paid clients. Focus on connecting with your ideal client.

- nowadays, 90% of comments are written by AI just to get engagement back. Not everyone who comments on your post is your ideal client - filter out the noise and focus more on lurkers.

- not my comment, but the posts and topics that caught your attention - client objections, questions in DMs, and comments on others’ and on my posts, problems that I’m solving for myself etc.

You are not here to grow your LinkedIn profile or make the algorithm happy.

You are here to build a brand and run your business.

If you are struggling to convert followers into clients, try posting these types of posts. It worked for me every single time:

1. Case studies:

Show don't tell.
Share the results of your client's Hell to Heaven.
Make them feel yess this is my situation and that's what I can get if I work with him/her.

Example: "How I helped (client name) go from 0 to 10 discovery calls in 7 days."

Pro tip: make sure you talk about the nightmare and the dream result in your case study.

2. Your process:

People want to know how you do what you do.
Break it down into simple and actionable steps.
Make sure you share your struggle, the main process and the results.

In simple words use yourself as a case study.

Example: "Here's the exact 3-step framework I use to write LinkedIn posts that convert."

3. Real-time struggles:

Be relatable.
Talk about your ideal client's real-time challenges and how they can fix them.
This makes them feel you get them.

Example: If you are struggling to post consistently, here is what you should do.

Why does this work?

Because you are talking directly to them, so when they read your posts, they feel you are the right fit to get them the results they dream about every single day.

3 simple steps I use to Find Content Pillars (Without Overthinking It)

1. Start with Your Offer:

What do you help people do?
Your content should lead back to your product/service.

→ Example: If you’re a social media manager, your content pillars might include:
- Strategy
- Content creation
- Analytics
- Client results

2. Think Like Your Ideal Client:

What do they need to:
- Understand
- Believe
- Do..before they buy from you?

Turn those into educational, trust-building content.

3. Organise by Transformation, Not Trend:

Choose 3–5 key topics that show them real transformation and position you as an expert:
→ Authority
→ Connection
→ Behind-the-scenes
→ Offers/sales
→ case studies

Coz as always i say, You don’t need 10 topics.

You need a few that fix your positioning and make your audience swipe their card.
