सम्माननीय पुर्वप्रधानमन्त्री केपी ओलीज्यू,
अधिकारसम्पन्न बागमती सभ्यताको आग्रह र समन्वयमा काठमाण्डौ महानगरले आफ्नो जिम्मेवारी पुरा गर्दै गरेको कार्यप्रति तपाईको धारणा थाहा पाएँ । तपाईबाट नै यस्तो धारणा आउनु सामान्य बिषय हो । किनभने, २०४७ यता १४ वटा आयोग गठन हुँदा पनि काठमाण्डौको सुकुम्वासी समस्या समाधान गर्न सक्नु भएन । मन्त्री र पटक पटक त्यो पनि दुईतिहाइको सरकारको प्रधानमन्त्रीसम्म हुनु भयो तर सुकुम्वासीले भोगेको ३२ वटा जाडो देख्नु भएन । सुकुम्वासीहरु तपाईका लागि भोट बैंक मात्रै रहे । बरु तिनलाई गुठी आन्दोलन जस्ता आफ्नो स्वार्थ विपरितका कुराहरुमा प्रयोग गर्नु भयो । त्यो पनि राजनीतिक स्वार्थवश् । तपाईलाई जनता, नदीनाला र नेवा सभ्यताको त्यत्रो माया भएको भए तपाईको नेतृत्वमा लुँहिटी (सुनधारा) सक्काएर सेतो टावर किन ठड्याउनु भयो ? हुनमान ढोकाको पुनर्निर्माणमा नेवा सभ्यताको मौलिकता नासेर विदेशीलाई निर्माण गर्न दिने कार्यलाई कसरी अगाडी बढाउनु भयो ? यी सबै हेर्दा नेवा सभ्यता जोगाउने, नदिक्षेत्रको अतिक्रमण रोक्ने कार्यको तपाईले बिरोध गर्नु असामान्य होइन ।
तर अब परिस्थिति फेरिएको छ । यसैले सकेको सहयोग गर्नुहोला तर कसैका विरुद्धमा कसैलाई प्रयोग गर्ने कुचेष्टा नगर्नुहोला ।
