Ek shaam aap apne ghar me aaraam se baithe hain, tabhi achanak se zameen hilne lagti hai. Pehle halki si jhatke, phir dheere-dheere intensity badhti hai. Log bhagte hain, buildings hilti hain, aur ek pal ke liye sab kuch ruk sa lagta hai. Kya aap tayar hain agar ek bada earthquake Delhi me aaye?

Haal hi me, Delhi-NCR me kai baar bhookamp (earthquake) ke jhatke mehsoos kiye gaye hain. Yeh sirf ek warning hai ya ek bade disaster ka indication? Anger ek natural emotion hai, jisko har insaan kabhi na kabhi feel karta hai. Lekin jab yeh gussa humare decisions ko affect karne lage, relationships kharaab karne lage, ya health ko harm karne lage, tab ise control karna zaroori ho jata hai. Aaj hum discuss karenge kuch effective techniques jo aapko apna gussa control karne mein madad karengi.

1. Gusse ko Pehchano (Recognize the Triggers)
Har kisi ke paas gusse ke apne triggers hote hain. Shayad aap traffic mein fassne par gussa ho jaate hain, ya kisi ka disrespectful behavior aapko trigger karta hai. Sabse pehla step hai yeh jaan na ki aakhir aapko gussa kyun aata hai.

Tip: Jab bhi aapko lagta hai ki gussa aa raha hai, ek notebook mein likhein ki kya situation thi aur kya feelings thi. Dheere dheere aapko patterns samajh mein aane lagenge.

2. Deep Breathing Ka Magic (Practice Deep Breathing)
