There is so much talk about love and kindness being the “trend” and also how it needs to prevail in the workspaces as well. Teams collective morale, individual emotional and psychological health specially for those who work on digital spaces. Us at work, is general are trying to be as sensitive as possible without losing our objectivity. Creativity helps, it helps making seem work challenges seemingly easy, it makes work less of work and more of things we like to do. Have ideas and then push to execute them. Both of us think, it’s creativity that pushes our boundary and is the heart/love of our business. What is yours? Today in history, USSR recognised universal adult sufferage to women in year 1917. Many more countries and even UN a few years later recognised 8th March as International Women’s Day. This day was a big leap for people-kind towards equality, against discrimination and for inclusivity. Today is a day celebrating, equal rights for women, trans, q***r and rights and laws against discrimination.
In visual is Irom Chanu Sharmila who has spent 16 long years fasting against the non-humanitarian and the longest sustained law against human rights in the state of Manipur, India. A constant effort to establish equal rights for everyone.
What does it mean for us? We are a business run by women and principally more than fifty percent of us are women. We are constantly in our ways pushing for representation and equal opportunities for women in field of photography, art and in-objective representation for all.
It’s more important today then ever to create safe and inclusive spaces online and in real life for people who don’t conform to any gender norms or roles. A better tomorrow is possible, for everyone. •

Note to self. Every now and then we people who have come a log way from where we started, tend to get deluded with what others tell us about ourselves. We tend to take criticism too harsh and compliments too dearly. A few hours of solitude and looking back in times of utmost joy and thankfulness you remember, why are you where you are and what brought you this far(it’s not about any material being but a state of mind, a state of well being). You remember to be giving, forgiving, nurturing, caring, listening and paying attention, smiling and most importantly importantly remember to be more of all that you need to be. On this festive occasion, let’s all of us be more ourselves. Happy Festive times ahead to all of you. Everyone who is reading this and into the universe of we’ll being. Also, we are regrouping on Monday to also publish some of the most amazing work that we have been upto. Some really great and generous collaborators took us places and we can’t thank them enough. Please don’t forget to share the love.
