The incident is in Hanoi, Vietnam 🇻🇳. The Hostel name is cheers Hostel. I was staying here since last, almost 2 weeks, while staying, I noticed that they don’t change the towels and bedsheets, so I pointed it out many times to the staff and to the management, but they always ignore me. One day, I pointed it out, and they again started to make excuses, and at the same time, one guy also said the same thing and they took him seriously as they want to lick the white asses. And the next day, they cancelled all my further bookings and forced me to check out and that girl made some racist remarks. They could not digest that a brown guy can point their mistakes. I love Vietnam, but some people need to be taught to lesson.
