1. **Root Chakra (Muladhara)**
Location: Base of spine
Color: Red
Governs: Survival, safety, stability, money, physical vitality
When balanced: feeling secure and grounded
When blocked: fear, anxiety, financial stress, lower body issues
2. **Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)**
Location: Lower abdomen
Color: Orange
Governs: Creativity, pleasure, sexuality, emotions, relationships
When balanced: joyful, passionate, creatively flowing
When blocked: guilt, emotional instability, low libido, creative blocks
3. **Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)**
Location: Upper abdomen / solar plexus
Color: Yellow
Governs: Personal power, confidence, willpower, self-esteem
When balanced: strong sense of self, motivated, decisive
When blocked: low confidence, anger, control issues, digestive problems
4. **Heart Chakra (Anahata)**
