किसान ने गाड़ी मांगी तो शोरूम ज्यादा पैसे मांगने लगा. किसानों ने धरना दे दिया

ED Arrests Reliance Power CFO in Money Laundering Case

New Delhi (October 11, UNI): The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday night arrested Ashok Kumar Pal, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Reliance Power (an Anil Ambani Group company), in a money laundering investigation concerning a fake loan guarantee.

According to a senior ED official, Pal was taken into custody after he was summoned for questioning at the agency's Delhi office. Following an extended interrogation, he was formally arrested.

Pal is scheduled to be produced before a special Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court later today, where the ED will request that he be remanded to their custody for further investigation.

Bar Council of India DISSOLVES Delhi Bar Council, Appoints Special Committee to Ensure Elections

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has immediately dissolved the elected Bar Council of Delhi (BCD). The BCI cited chronic failures in voter verification and repeated delays in holding elections as the reason.

A 3-member Special Committee, led by Additional Solicitor General Chetan Sharma, has been appointed to take full control. Their mandate is clear: ensure free and fair elections for the Delhi Bar Council ON or BEFORE January 31, 2026.

This decisive action, invoking Section 8A of the Advocates Act, aims to end years of delay and restore democratic representation for Delhi's advocates.

*UNIDENTIFIED TERRORISTS TARGET ASSAM RIFLES COLUMN IN AFSPA DENOTIFIED AREA IN MANIPUR*

In a brazen act of terrorism in an AFSPA denotified area of Manipur, unidentified terrorists attacked a column in Assam Rifles troops moving in vehicles through a built up area at around 1750 hours on 19 September 2025.

The vehicle based column of troops of 33 Assam Rifles unit was moving on National Highway 2 in general area, Nambol Sabal Leikai which is a AFSPA denotified area, during hours of darkness.
The column came under unprovoked automatic weapon fire from unidentified terrorists on the Highway.
In the ensuing action, two brave soldiers of Assam Rifles lost their lives and five were injured who have since been evacuated to RIMS and are currently stable.
As of now, no group has claimed responsibility.

Search operations are ongoing to eliminate the terrorists involved in the incident.

आरोपियों के कब्जे से अब तक करीब 1 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लग्ज़री गाड़ियाँ, मास्टर की, डुप्लीकेट चाबियाँ, नकली नंबर प्लेट और फर्जी आरसी बरामद हुई हैं।
