🔸Many in India have been suspicious about fairness and transparency of our elections.
🔸BJP has won despite anti-incumbency, people’s anger and distress, and the election
schedules themselves have been adjusted to help the PM campaign.
🔸Some election results like Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, have been counterintuitive and raised serious questions.
🔸 ji highlighted serious irregularities in Maharashtra using the Election Commission’s own data.
🔸In turn, ECI has evaded all questions, refused to share data, by not releasing digitally readable rolls and deleting CCTV footage.
👉👉Now, we have proof that elections are being rigged at a large scale by EC to benefit the BJP.
◼️Bangalore Central Investigation👇
▪️Congress investigated Bangalore Central Lok Sabha constituency, focusing on the Mahadevapura Assembly where unusual margins were observed.
▪️Since ECI doesn’t release digitally readable rolls, lakhs of paper voter rolls were analysed over 6
months.
▪️Five types of fake voters were found, totalling 1,00,250 fake voters:
1. Duplicate Voters (11,965 cases)
• Same voters appearing multiple times in voter rolls
• E.g. Gurkirat Singh Dang shows up 4 times in 4 different booths!
• Identical voter IDs found across different cities (Bangalore, Varanasi, Lucknow)
2. Fake Addresses (40,009 cases)
• Voters registered at non-existent addresses (e.g., "House Number: 0")
• Fictitious relative names used (e.g. HHGASJHOFA as father’s name)
3. Bulk voters in single address (10,452 cases)
• Unusually high numbers of voters registered at single addresses
• Examples: 80+ voters in one room, 68 voters at a brewery called “Biere Club”
4. Invalid Photos (4,132 cases)
• Unclear or indistinguishable voter ID photos
• Anyone can vote with these voter ID cards since photo is not verifiable
5. Form 6 Misuse (33,692 cases)
• Form 6 is designed for first time voters, mainly 18-21, to easily register to vote
• However, many older people, even 90+ years, have been registered as "first-time voters", some multuple times
• No evidence of any ECI verification of any of these people
• E.g. Smt. Shakun Rani aged 70, filled Form 6 as a first-time voter twice in two months, and voted twice as well!
👉👉Conclusion
The BJP trailed Congress in the other seven Assembly segments of Bangalore Central. 1,00,250 fake voters in Mahadevapura won them this Lok Sabha seat.
🔹It takes very few votes to swing an election.
🔹In Haryana state elections in 2024, Congress lost by 8 seats to the BJP. The margins in the 8 narrowest seats were only 22,779 out of more than 2 crore voters.
🔹Similarly, in the Lok Sabha elections in 2024, the BJP won
25 seats by a margin less than 32,000. These 25 seats are why Narendra Modi continues in power.
🔹If the ECI shares digital voter rolls, we can prove that similar fraud happened in 70-100 Lok Sabha seats.
🔺Mass deletions and irregularities being reported in the Bihar Special Intensive Revision (SIR) are another proof of how a systematic process of Vote Chori has been started – first in Bihar, soon all of India.
🔺This brazen Vote Chori is a betrayal of democracy. Indian National Congress’ campaign against it is our first move to expose and tackle this threat to every Indian’s right to vote.
