Today, representatives of UFPSBU (AIPSBOF-AIPSBOU) met with management and deliberated on the transfer policy in depth. We had proposed various amendments as well as additions in the existing transfer policy to make it staff friendly. Management assured that they will consider our suggestions with positive mindset. We will be sharing details of the discussion shortly.

Strike Deferred Following Conciliation Meeting with RLC

This is to inform all members that the United Forum of Punjab & Sind Bank Unions (AIPSBOF-AIPSBOU) has deferred the nationwide strike previously scheduled for May 19, 2025. This decision follows a conciliation meeting held on May 14, 2025, with Shri Ashok Perumalla, Regional Labour Commissioner (RLC), New Delhi.

The strike was initially called to protest the Bank’s current Transfer Policy and lack of transparency in the Promotion Policy. During the meeting, the unions strongly presented their demands, including:
