Charming Sweet Beginnings Hello and welcome! Motherhood has been a transformative journey for me. Charming Sweet Beginnings is always open to fresh ideas and voices. Love,
Aditi 💕

I’m Dr. Aditi Paul, the voice behind Charming Sweet Beginnings (CSB), a cozy nook in the vast world of blogs where I celebrate life’s simple joys. A 30-something lifestyle blogger based in New Delhi, India, I created CSB to share my passions—from delicious food and parenting tales to the little details that make life sweeter. Since becoming a mom to my daughter, Daisy, in the summer of 2017, life

has become a whirlwind of giggles, mischief, and endless love. While my husband and I seldom find time alone, our lives are richer and brighter because of her. CSB started as a space for “me time” during my break from professional commitments after pregnancy. Over time, it has grown from a personal diary into a thoughtfully curated platform offering quality content on food, parenting, travel, home decor, skincare, and much more. Here, you’ll find tips, stories, and inspiration to celebrate life, family, and creativity. Whether it’s a quick recipe, a parenting hack, or a lifestyle tip, my goal is to bring value and joy to your day. If you love writing and have something meaningful to share, don’t hesitate to reach out via the Contact Form to become a Guest Author. Thank you for being here—let’s embark on this charming journey together!

One of the most meaningful Amazon finds I’ve come across✨
It asks you one question every day for 5 years — and over time, you get to see how your thoughts, priorities, dreams, and even your personality slowly change.
Some questions are simple.
Some unexpectedly emotional.

365 questions.
5 years.
A little time capsule of your life 💛

That’s why I like Paint By Numbers Kit — and it’s addictive.
No skills needed, just follow the numbers and watch a sketch come to life step by step.

You can love it and still find it hard - I come back to this quote on the days that feel too long.

Motherhood has changed me. I hold more, feel more, and somehow keep going even when I’m running low.

And anything that makes the everyday a little lighter matters. FirstcryIndia has been that for me simple, easy, one less thing to think about.

Happy Mother’s Day to every mom here. If today feels overwhelming or beautiful or both, you’re not alone in it.

Turned my profile into a little crayon world and honestly… this feels like me 🧡

Soft, a little messy, full of love and tiny details that matter.

Okay now I’m curious… what would YOUR profile look like as a cartoon? 👀✨

Day one of any of my trips is most cherished. Slow, unhurried sips of tea with nothing but nature around, and the thought of a long, peaceful walk waiting after dinner.

Simple rituals, but somehow they feel like the whole point of being here.

This book made me question how much of my “niceness” was actually hurting me.
If you’ve ever felt taken for granted, unable to say no, or guilty for choosing yourself… this will open your eyes.
The Nice Girl Syndrome is not about becoming rude. It’s about finally standing up for yourself without losing who you are.

“They’re so nice.”
Sounds like a compliment, right? It isn’t always.
Being the ‘nice one’ in the family often means swallowing your voice, overgiving, and quietly carrying emotional weight no one notices.
And the cost? It builds up.

I wrote this piece from a very real place. If you’ve ever felt taken for granted just because you chose peace over conflict, this will hit home.

Sometimes, the person you’re meant to guide ends up guiding you.

I put Navikaa into dance. Sat through her classes. Tied her ghungroos. Helped her into tiny Kathak outfits, thinking I was just being a mother.

But somewhere between those routines, something shifted.

Watching her fall in love with rhythm, discipline, and expression… I found my own spark. What started as her journey quietly became OURS.

And nowadays, we don’t just practice together we share the stage.

Still surreal. Still emotional. Still my proudest full-circle moment.

Motherhood didn’t slow me down, it gave me a new beginning.
