_*Sumi Region GPRN Workers Reaffirm Support for NSCN/GPRN Leadership, Framework Agreement*_

The National Workers of the Sumi Region under the Government of the People's Republic of Nagalim (GPRN) have unanimously reaffirmed their support for the present collective leadership of the NSCN/GPRN and reiterated their commitment to the 2015 Framework Agreement with the Government of India.
At a meeting held in Zunheboto Town on June 30, 2026, the gathering was chaired by Deputy Kilo Kilonser of the Sumi Region, Ino Bokato Kinimi. According to a statement issued after the meeting, the deliberations focused on strengthening both the regional and central administrative structures within the organisation.
The meeting adopted a series of resolutions expressing continued confidence in the existing collective leadership, including His Excellency Yaruiwo Ino Q. Tuccu, Kedallo Ino Tongmath Wangnao, Ato Kilonser Ino Th. Muivah, and Deputy Ato Kilonser Ino V.S. Atem. Participants described the leadership as vital in guiding the organisation during what they termed a crucial phase of the Naga political movement.
The workers also endorsed the proclamation made by Yaruiwo Ino Q. Tuccu at the Hebron Council Headquarters on June 18, in which he declared that the organisation would remain steadfast in pursuing its political objectives. The resolution reiterated the organisation's determination to continue its stated course.
In addition, the meeting reaffirmed the Sumi Region's commitment to the Framework Agreement signed between the NSCN/GPRN and the Government of India on August 3, 2015. The participants stated that they remain committed to upholding the principles of the agreement and expressed hope that the long-pending Naga political process would move towards a peaceful and honourable resolution through dialogue.
The resolutions were unanimously adopted and the statement was signed by Rokato A. Sumi, Secretary, Sumi Region, GPRN.
