To,
The Legal adviser, N. Secretary,
All India Media Welfare Association.
Sir,
Honerable, the reason for informing and appealing to you is that we have a civil case pending for a long time. Accordingly
, we registered it in the Lokadalat in 2018. In this order, the Koraput civil judge was summoned to hear the case. Therefore, Summouns were issued to both the parties to appear in court. So we appeared in the Lokadalat, both orally and in writing, before the civil judge. After the Lokaadalat was involoved in the trial process, the case was transferred to Koraput civil court through TLSC due to the disagreement of Assami Sunil Patra. After the transfer, the TLSC transffered the case to civil court and appointed a lawyer, but the lawyer and the court did n't coporate, so after telling the TLSC, they tried to appoint a new lawer. At this time, we filed a compliant with nlsa. As per the case was transferred from Lokaadalat it was supposed to be closed by talking a unilateral decision, but that was not done by the court. Therefore we have also mentioned in this regard that the Lokadalat was given a inilateral decision and the civil court and lawers had to go to the lokadalat in the past due to the inconvenience caused and the lawers and the civil court was dismissed unjustify and
he also ordered action to be taken in this regard after considering the Nlsa and taking action aganist the unilterial decision. I had informed the TLSC after reciving this order from Nlsa, and went to known about its status and action. So he told me about the appointment of a new lawer and did n't take any action in this regard. Apart from that, he said that I was misbehaveing with his peon and employees and asked to arrest me. He forced his peion to write my protest report, but he did n't do this. Then he said that he would dismiss me. Since I was working in the news paper. In this way, I have to go to my mother's legal hair as replacement his illness. After this, I have cases in two courts and in this situation I will have face problems in the court. Currently, the lawers who have been appointed by TLSC judge have written in their appointment letters as legal aid lawers, stating that they have not been appponted to work.
TLSc is being asked to initate a case by not providing us with the Oslsa instructing sent by nlsa, but providing a new lawer in a new form and informing of this case which is contrary to what nlsa is doing by making judgemental and unillaterial decision. Similiarly, the junior civil court is asking to start a new case because the case has been given to start the case according to the registration number of Bengali Mahapatra. Earlier TLSC has also sent the case to the lower court and his to asked to start the case by providing a new lawer. In such a situation the nlsa has supported the plea was made for a unliateral decision and it has been decided to inform the All India Media Welfare Association about the decision.
