First of all, thank you so much for all your lovely wishes. They truly meant a lot to me. ❤️
Many of you are older than me and have experienced motherhood long before I did. Many of you are younger than me, yet are already wonderful moms.
So today, I'm reaching out to all the mothers here.
Please help this new mommy. 🤍
A normal delivery at 42, with my age and weight, wasn't easy. But I was so happy and grateful to finally hold my baby that I had no idea what postpartum recovery would actually be like.
Three months later, I'm still dealing with no periods, excessive sweating, nausea, weakness, low energy, body aches, dizziness, and occasional fresh bleeding.
Yes, the internet has endless advice, but today I'd rather hear from real mothers.
What genuinely helped you regain your strength? What did you eat? Which supplements, exercises, home remedies, or daily habits made a real difference? Did anyone else experience such a long physical recovery after childbirth, especially after 40?
Every experience and every suggestion will mean a lot to me. Thank you for helping this new mom find her way. ❤️
