LEFTOVER TDL/PDL 128 WORKERS OF JKPDCL CIRCLE GANDERBAL WARN OF CONSEQUENCES OVER SENIORITY LIST
The President of Leftover 128 TDL/PDL, Nazir Ahmed Kandoo, has issued a stern warning to the JKPDCL Circle Ganderbal, cautioning against any attempts to issue a seniority list that undermines the rights of legitimate workers.
Kandoo emphasized that certain individuals, who failed to meet the basic requirement of uploading their Aadhaar-based data on the financial department website, have been mysteriously included in the list. Furthermore, others who were engaged without proper documentation and had their Cash Vouchers (CVs) and date of engagement prior to 2015 were inexplicably granted seniority.
"This is a clear case of favoritism and corruption," Kandoo asserted. "We demand to know how four brothers from the same family were enlisted in the list. This is unacceptable and we will not stand for it."
We are looking the three days Strike of this group who is giving attendance in these days.
Kandoo warned that any attempts to issue a seniority list that disregards the legitimate concerns and rights of the leftover workers will be met with severe consequences.
"We urge the higher authorities to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into this matter," Kandoo said. "We demand transparency and accountability in the entire process. If the department fails to comply, we have many more options left to approach the Crime Branch, ACB, and other authorities."
The Leftover 128 TDL/PDL workers are determined to fight for their rights and will not back down until justice is served.
